Tiny Town Smiles Dentistry

I've always dreaded the dentist due to the past 2 decades of bad experiences with private offices and the army. HOWEVER, this place is WAY better than I expected. They work with me and my insurance to make sure that I'll get the best prices possible, I'm always treated great, and everyone is super friendly. They really do work hard on their client experience. I recently had some work done that was put off for years because Army dentists wouldn't remove a permanent retainer. As soon as I asked Dr. Green, I had an appointment to have it removed before I walked out the door. Any time I have an issue, they are able to see me quick and fix it!
I've never had a better dentist office.

As far as "Honest Reviewer's" review down there, I don't believe this is a chain dentistry and no one has ever asked me to purchase a plan for anything. If his/her review was honest, I'm sure they would use their real name :/

Please be aware that your are dealing with a corporate chain if you plan to attend this clinic. They will wrap your head with many numbers and prices to lure you into a “plan” that seems like beneficial, but in reality only saves you a small amount.
The way they handled my dental appointment was also very disappointing. I was told to set an appointment a month and a half in advance because they were booked solid, then when I arrived to the location for my appointment I was told my appointment was not set. It turns out they set my appointment with a doctor who didn’t exist, meaning I waited for over a month just to get told I didn’t have an appointment because the front desk employee made a mistake. Understandable, I was told I could come back later that day and I obliged. However, before leaving the building I was stopped by the manager and was told I have to set another appointment because they were double-booked. Another mistake by the front desk employee, not only that, the next available date is more than a month away. In total, I would have to wait almost 3 months for a simple dental cleaning. What’s the point of setting up an appointment if they won’t honor it?
Overall, I’m just disappointed by the way they handled my situation.

Everything they have done to my teeth has made them feel 10xs worse. Can’t eat without pain. Told them the bridge the put in was lose. They told me it wasn’t. About a week later. It falls out. Then they made me wait a week to put it back on.

Does not understand insurance policies. I had to call and get my own verification done when I walked in. I was told I didn't have insurance I like clearly have insurance. one phone call I was able to expedite myself. I was able to provide them my insurance verification. Also they charged me the contracted rate at full price from the insurance company they clearly don't know what they're doing and then when I said it was $4,000 over the price anywhere else they basically told me there was nothing they could do. Filing complaint with my insurance company that the doctors on staff for the insurance weren't even the doctors in the building. Went to other oral consultations from two other doctors. And this doctor decided he wanted to do 30 months instead of 24 like everyone else.

I’d give a zero if I could. I have never been so frustrated with a place in my life. They contract all their doctors. They double book all the time. We have had so many appointments where we had to wait hours and a couple of times had to make a huge uproar due to them canceling our appointments. DO NOT GET BRACES through them. They don’t tell you this but they contract the doctor out. He’s there once a week if that. They reschedule or just don’t follow through with your appointments. It’s horrible service. I asked them why do they push braces when they know they can’t handle the clientele. They lady had no clue what I was saying. They are rude on the phone and no one knows what’s going on. If they would have told me they contract out all their doctors I would have never went there. Oh and count on being there for a few hours if you do get seen.

I cannot believe how much of a god send this place is. First i want to extend the most since thanks to the team of professionals at Tiny Town Smiles. This place wowed me with the amount of care and concern that they exhibited in a time of need. I was on a cross country trip and was suffering from the worst tooth pain I had ever felt. Even though I did not have an appt and it was literally closing time, I asked to be seen and they accommodated me, treating me as if I was a long time patient. I suffer from anxiety at the dentist and I was treated with the best care I have ever received. I wish I lived in the area to continue to visit this clinic. 10/10. Thanks for everything

This is the best dentist I’ve been to since we moved here in 2012. It’s not only close to home but the dental staff is amazing. From the front desk that greets you right when you walk in the the dental assistants that are amazing and sweet, to the dentist Dr. Green that I see and he is amazing and I highly recommend seeing him!! I also had an amazing time with Molly today she was beyond great!! I was so nervous today because it was my first time getting fillings but Molly and Dr.Green made it a great experience. I will always highly recommend this dental office to anyone that asks “where do I find a great dental office”. You guys are amazing in my book!!

The staff is by far the best. I have severe anxiety about the dentist, I know I am adult and I shouldn’t but I do. They made this visit comforting talked me through everything down to pricing so I knew what I was paying for. I will forever use this dental office for me and my family !

The staff here is amazing. I left my current dentist I’ve been at since I moved here as a child. I came to them because I received a coupon. They ended up working with what I had (fund wise) and I left with a temporary crown. In just a few hours we had a new dental plan for me. I’m so fortunate they worked with me when I really needed it.

This team of individuals work on a very professionally integrated level. Yet a comfortable atmosphere. From top to bottom each and every person knew there work effortlessly, effectively, and efficiently. Their display of knowledge and skill in all aspects of customer care, questions, and concerns, shows in a well blended manner. My experience from in the door, to out of it was excellent. This establishment has adapted to Covid with remarkable ease.
You could feel the closeness of the team, watching and listening to them through my whole visit, there professional assets, mated with the obvious personal connection they have made, resulted in an amazing flow from one step to the next.
It was reassuring to see the confidence each team member had in the other. It showed.
The follow-up care was just as good.
My results exceeded all of my expectations.
