Wonderful staff. I was a new patient and did not have a appointment and they got me worked in within a hour and a half of being there. Doctor Hennesy was excellent!! He is very through and explained everything in detail so I could understand it. I highly recommend!! I can't speak on the prices because I have dental insurance but the dental I have is not all that great so what I've seen so far it is very affordable even to those that don't have any insurance.

My experience is always awesome. Dr. Hennessey is so kind and patient. His staff is so friendly. They are all a Awesome group. The dentist tells funny stories to ease your anxiety. He treats you like dad caring for his child.

I had broken a tooth on a Sunday. I called Monday morning and got in as a new patient Tuesday morning and got my temporary crown Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was great and the office was clean and very nice and warm and cozy. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and his staff to anyone looking for a great dental office.

Today was my first visit to Dental Cares. I selected this dental office based upon its complimentary reviews. I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. My hygienist, Mr. Sherman Hamilton, is highly attentive and considerate. Dr. Ross is impressively competent and kind. The office staff is welcoming and receptive also.

I have been a patient here for years and the last year or so has been disappointing. I really like my dentist but the other staff has just went down in service. 1. The hygienist change your appointment without calling 2. The hygienist put her gloves on then was messing with her hair and proceeded with my cleaning 3. The hygienist ask me about a fluoride treatment. I ask was it a part of my insurance covered cleaning. She said yes its a part of regular care. Then after she proceeded to put this sticky mess on my teeth and all on my lips she said most insurance does not cover it. So she manipulated the extra $20 out of me then the doctor wrote a prescription for fluoride. I don't like being lied to and wasn't prepared to pay an additional $20. 4. When I got ready to check out the hygienist let the front desk know I was ready to check out. The front desk lady said it would be a minute. I am the patient standing there, you are to take care of the patient at the desk first. I said I need to leave now. I have been here a hour and a half for a cleaning. She then proceeded to check me out. If I had not spoke up she would have made me stand there and wait. I really like and respect Dr. Hennessy and don't want to leave but after yesterday I am considering changing. It seems over the last few years the attention and caring attitude has left the hygienist and front desk staff. The 2 Stars are only because I didn't want to not give zero and not acknowledge Dr. Hennessy's amazing skills and bedside manner. The missing stars are for the remaining staff.

Nelly and Dr. Henny are the best! They always see to my needs. This is the second time I’ve needed emergency dental care. They worked through their lunch breaks to help me!! I can say they truly love what they do! I recommend Dental Cares-Cordova!

Looking for a great cleaning experience? Look no further! Both of the Hygienists here are top notch! Sherman and Kimi both, will take care of any need that you have! Dr. H and Dr. Ross, seem knowledgable and caring.The front desk and dental assistants are second to none! Glad to have found this team!
