Dental Cares always amazes me with their professionalism and service. I highly recommend their services. I had my Cleaning appointment today with Tina as always it was amazing. A great cleaning with no pain. The front Desk is so genuinely happy to see you it makes you feel good. When Dr. Smith comes in he’s only there to be helpful and to make sure that all your needs are met. I look forward to many more years with this great group of people!

First, Office was sparkling clean. Employees at front desk were friendly and professional and wait time was less than 15 minutes. Also, Tina the hygienist was personable and FUNNY! How refreshing. I felt comfortable as Dr. Smith explained procedures for upcoming dental work.

For general cleanings, this place is fine. If you need any work done, don’t bother. The staff is hard to reach and uncooperative to work with a person’s schedule despite the patient being IN PAIN.
Also, the turnover of employees is incredible. Rarely see the same face twice.

I had a tooth problem and went to this place. The tech took an X ray of my tooth and then took me to do a full mouth X ray. I told her it was not necessary cause I only wanted 1 tooth looked at. She did it anyway. Dr Smith came in and looked at my tooth and told me what I already knew and left. They wanted me to make another appointment and showed me what the cost would be. I declined another appointment for the cost was too much. But the kicker is they charged me $257 for X rays that I never saw and the full mouth X ray that I did not want. I believe they never even had taken a real X ray for dentist usually show them to you. I would not recommend this place. I feel that they are scamming new patients. That is just my feeling.

My dental hygienist Tina was awesome. She explained everything that she was doing. I was so calm that my shoulders are not tense, which used to be my reaction when leaving the dentist. Tina also has a GREAT personality!

I am somebody who loved the dentist, was never afraid of the dentist, and for a longgggg time— thought my career was going to be within oral surgery and/or dentistry… I would never recommend a single friend or family member to this Dr. He was extremely narcissistic , disrespectful and BLAMED ME FOR HIS MISTAKE ON MY CROWN…. This was by far the most traumatizing and depressing situation I’ve been in with a dentist and FINALLY had another dentist fix this “doctor’s” mistake of NO DISTAL CONTACT FOR CROWN AND IGNORED IT AFTer sETting the forking crown! I have NEVER gone out of my way to write a BAD REVIEW BUT PLEASE.. SAVE YOUR MONEY… Go to Forest Hill in Germantown, go to Levee Dentistry in Collierville… Go to Walmart and buy some fudging supplies before you go to this butthead that not only makes mistakes LIKE A HUMAN… But blames you and makes you feel more uncomfortable, without peace than you’ve ever felt in your life… And Dr. Smith, if you’re reading— I did NOT have a panic attack in another dental office like I did at yours and my Dr. that I drove three hours to go see again did have to use a drill, no “calming” meds.. Just kindness and warm welcomes, more obvious compassion for her patient, and doesn’t have a stick shoved 18 miles up her booty…. Can’t believe you own 2 clinics that have been open for 20+ years other than people and expecting them to say thank you. Donkey...
