On 8/12/21 I came into the dentist office with no appointment, thinking that I had broken a tooth. Courtney was wonderful and asked Stephanie to look at it. Stephanie looked quickly and determined it was ,in fact, a piece the temporary crown that I had on a tooth.
In less than one hour, Stephanie had sized the permanent crown and Dr Fields stepped out of her time with another patient and placed the permanent crown. I was consoled and tooth fixed, all in less than an hour with no appointment.
All work was done professionally, pleasantly and with a smile. Congratulations to the team midTn Denistry.

Best dental experience of my life! I usually go to the dentist with extreme dread of what awaits but after this visit, with EXTENSIVE work completed, I no longer have that urge to run the other direction when someone says dentist. Dr. Fields was amazing as was her assistant Abby!

Dr. Jamie Muscari did an incredible job and made sure that I was not in any discomfort during the placement of a crown in the very back of my mouth. The staff is always pleasant and I never had to wait for my appointment. I also took my 4 year old for her cleaning and they did a fantastic job. Great place!

Every part of my experience at Westhaven Dentistry was spot on! From being greeted upon arrival to Emmily (hygienist), Cali (dental assistant) and Dr Fields, all where very professional and friendly. The work was done with care and wanted me to have a great experience. I would recommend you giving them a try if you are in need. Not sure what happened in past reviews, but to me, they are making major strides in turing around any previous past reviews!! Went In For my biannual cleaning and they only did the lower part of my mouth because they were "out of time". The last time I went they found 7 (seven) cavities. This was two years ago; four different dentist opinions later and they all said I don't have any cavities. I was a customer here for three years. Buyer beware!!

Online scheduling is pointless, can’t schedule a cleaning online. 10 days to return an email to tell me this. This place is a mess.
I was actually going to remove this rating, until I get a follow up email from whoever answers the emails (never provided a name...which is another fail); sent me a follow up telling me the appointment she gave me for the following week was now taken and I couldn’t get an appointment until after august. Also, “offered” to make my chart inactive. Whoever is managing this for Marquee not only doesn’t know a thing about customer service but zero about recovery. Coming from someone who runs a PE backed retail medicine company

Appointment went great today. Everything was on time, hygienist, Emily, does a great job, and appreciate clear explanations from Dr. Field's of additional services I need. No pressure to do anything immediately, but provided me with information to make decisions on what and when I want to get some things corrected.
