This was the best treatment I have gotten at any medical office! The staff and Doctor's are amazing. From the moment I step foot in the door to the minute I left I was treated as a person not a number.....I want to thank the staff because I had major oral surgery and it ran over which made everyone have to stay late to get to everyone else they had scheduled for that day in to be looked at........So with that I want to THANK the entire staff and Doctor's for saving my life with much love God Bless each of you.

Horrible service! The worse Dental office I’ve ever been associated with. As a new customer I was very disappointed. They show you costs upfront only to increase the cost later, after the service is completed. They blame it on their newly employed desk clerk. They will continue to harass you with the increased cost through their incompetent billing department. They charge $40 for their fluoride rinse which is price gouging (checked 64oz container online and cost under $80). So, $40x64 is $2,564 profit, great for them, horrible for the customer. I refused to pay their over pricing and called them on their price gouging. We’ve mutually agreed that I should find a new dental provider.

When I first called there I told them the insurance I had. They had to get back to me to let me know if they excepted it and they did. I was a patient many years ago and I had told them I needed a check up and cleaning. They gave me a appointment and told me to be there 15 minutes early to do paperwork. I was there 30 minutes early and had the paperwork done in 5 minutes. The women at the desk told me my X-rays will cost $125 or more dollars the my insurance doesn’t cover it. I argued that when I had made the appointment they had said my insurance was taken there. The lady told me the appointment scheduled would not know that info, I said no but the lady I spoke with the second time in regards to my insurance did. I said I should have been told prior to coming. My appointment time came and left. Several people came in after me and went before me which they could have been there for something else I guess. Finally after about 35 minutes past my appointment time they came and got me. They took tons of X-rays, 16 of them plus the full 360 one as well. I told them I can never remember taking that many and she said they get better picture that way. I went back into the room and was told the dental hygienist will be in then the Dentist. I literally waited another 30 minutes for her to come. She told me they would not do cleanings today only to get a game plan. And the Dentist would be in. That took another 10 or 15 minutes before he came in. They told me they will make a plan of what needs to be done and I would then see a person to go over costs and insurance coverages. After I was given the outrageous amount of over $3,000 they lady told me my insurance would pay $2 that’s right $2. And before they even would start the work they needed 50% down. So much for being a prior patient, now I remember why I went to a different dentist. A total waist of time and over the top on the X-rays and no communication prior to my appointment for how much my X-rays were. I feel as if the place is a rip off. There is no deal there at all. Also they tried to get me to buy a electric toothbrush, of course at top dollar. While I was there I heard people literally screaming in pain. The hygienist said it was someone getting Novocain. I have never heard those screams in my 50+ years of going to the dentist. Not going back needless to say.

They go above and beyond with the first appointment for you to understand everything that's going on as well as explaining it until you understand it clearly. The cleanliness the thoroughness and even the seating placement is a five-star rating. Did you help make a plan for whatever situation it may be and for example my last visit the tooth extraction they make sure you are comfortable even if serving other clients in between waiting for anesthesia to kick in at its highest and if you have any doubt they assure that you are 100% comfortable. And for those without insurance they'll do all they can with coupons giving you access which they can hand you like a magnet that helps say further money and give discounts. I noticed that they even served another patient while I was there from another state without hesitation just because they had a center appointment in which the patient needed. The female dentist is completely thorough and if any questions happen between signing in to paying to room to out they will answer. But always remember if you want the best done you seek it out and you realize that it may cost a little bit more but those that understand that help you save money.

The experience I had here was amazing. I chose this location because it had the first available appointment and even though I live nearly an hour away I will continue to go here. The staff is friendly and puts you right at ease. The Dr made sure I understood everything I needed done and the office manager explained all of my options and was incredibly helpful. An office full of super stars!!!

Went there with 1 very loose tooth. Was having serious problems chewing and eating. Was told by Dr.(?) Chandrasekhar that she needed to pull 2 teeth, and I would be getting a 'partial'. I declined at first, but was later convinced to proceed. The 2 teeth were pulled, and I was to return at a later date for the 'partial'. When I returned, I was very upset to find that the 'partial' was a cheap piece of brittle molded clear plastic with a couple of very thin fake teeth fronts inserted, that did not at all match my remaining teeth, and that I needed to REMOVE THE 'PARTIAL' WHENEVER I WAS GOING TO EAT ANYTHING!!! I had made it VERY CLEAR to everyone that I talked to at Aspen Dental that my problem was eating and chewing! My problem is now worse, since I have 2 teeth MISSING instead of 1 tooth loose , AND I have to excuse myself before I eat to remove the 'partial' privately. I don't know anyone else with an actual partial that needs to do this. After some research, what I ended up with barely qualifies as a 'flipper', and I would NEVER have agreed to it if they had been truthful about what I would end up with. No wonder they required me to pay in advance!! I strongly feel that Dr.(?) Chandrasekhar very much misrepresented what she intended to do and what the result would be. I will NEVER trust any Aspen Dental office again, and will be sure to pass on my experience to as many people and families as possible. Everyone else that I dealt with seemed very kind, helpful and professional. I had no issue or problem with anyone else that I dealt with.
P.S. The 'partial' that I originally received was so flimsy and fragile that they had melted it through when molding it and left wrinkles and sharp edges that needed to be rounded off later.

Thanks for the response Dawn, but I ALREADY called and talked to you before I wrote the review . You were attentive and indicated that you regretted the problems, but made no attempt to rectify the issue. I still have the same problems that I described above, but have finished my assignment in your area, and now have a contract in a different part of the country. My opinion of Aspen Dental and Dr.(?) Chandrasekhar have not changed.

Very kind and knowledgable staff! I'm in the process of getting health coverage but had a infected tooth. They took their time with me and didn't treat me like a bum because I didn't have insurance.

First time experience over all the staff was helpful and very nice however the waiting room is filthy. Considering we are going through a pandemic the state of the waiting room is inexcusable and unexceptable. Too much talking and chitchat in the reception area....meanwhile the waiting room is FILTHY!! Aspen Dental has the audacity to inform their patients that without a verbal confirmation of your appointment Aspen will cancel your appointment yet keeps patients waiting for over an hour. CLEAN YOUR WAITING ROOM!!!
