I felt the staff was very professional with dealing with me I get very upset when I go to a dentist; I have always been this way. The dentist 's assistant was very kind and helpful. I plan on going again.

Very friendly, personable, and professional personnel. I will recommend Aspen Dental just on the basis of one visit. We'll see how the upcoming visits go!

Worst place ever!! worst hygienist they will just try to make you pay!! For no reason. I literally left and called my primary doctor and told him what they told me and he started laughing.
There doctors are great and one of the best I have ever seen but the system and the hygienist stuff are the worst/never going there again and wasting my time and if you value your time and your teeth, don’t go there

While the actual process of the exam was fairly easy, the explanation of what I was paying for was not. Be careful to really ask what you're paying for, because it was not explained to me that I was "pre-paying" for future services.

Very quick to get an appointment for a broken front tooth. Less than 2 hours after I called, my tooth was extracted. They made it as painless as they possibly could. Dr.Patel was great and quick

Dr. Patel and Erin, and everyone I encountered in this office were kind, professional, and down to Earth. Very patient and caring. I scheduled online for an emergency appointment, for the following day. I couldn't get in at any other office until late June or July! I had never been to Aspen and was not sure of what to expect, especially since I have no dental insurance at all! I did the $19 uninsured consultation, was given one of the most thorough exams by their fantastic hygienist, and I learned some new things, had the most extensive set of x-rays I've ever had done! All for the $19. Yes they reviewed everything that was wrong with me, but never made me feel pressured to do anything other than the extractions I really needed because of advance decay and infection. They gave significant discount pricing for my uninsured status! I will be returning for more routine care now that I have found a great office! Thanks Aspen Dental for helping me out!!

HORRIFIC. The only reason this place even deserves one star is because the young lady who did my son’s cleaning was very patient with him and very sweet. She made it as good of an experience for my son as she possibly could have. Dr. Patel was also very polite. Every other aspect of dealing with this office has just been horrific. I was consistently misadvised regarding cost and financing options over the phone and I honestly should’ve just canceled the appointment. The “office manager “, Heather, at this place is just awful. She is rude, defensive, very aggressive and just has a bad attitude. They were not even remotely equipped to handle my sons care and demanded full payment upfront. They could not even do the imaging because they could not get the piece into my son‘s mouth to bite down on it. She really tried to tell me after the fact that they did not even charge for that service. I paid before we ever walked back to start anything. I had spoken with three different people prior to this appointment who advised me that there were financing options since we were not using any insurance. The woman at the 866 customer service number also confirmed this and stated there were multiple things that they could have done to help with the cost and they just did not. This place is obviously just money hungry. We reached out to the 866 customer service number and they were absolutely mortified at the experience we had. They relayed the concerns to the office and when Heather called me to ask about my concerns, she was immediately very aggressive and completely dismissive of my concerns. “I’m just really confused as to why you have any concerns” and just shot down or made any excuse for literally everything I said. It was impossible to even try and talk. My mother even tried to call to help out and she IMMEDIATELY was rude and had a bad attitude. She kept making excuses that did not make any sense at all. I refuse to even deal with anyone at this office location anymore and will only be dealing with someone from their customer service number until this is resolved and I will never be going back there. I will never recommend this office to anyone. I really hope that young lady who did his cleaning can find somewhere that she can really thrive because she was wonderful and she deserves a better place of employment.

I had the most pleasant visit my first time and I believe I've found my forever home when it comes to dental care. No matter what needs to be done, they're going to make sure you're taken care of at the best price. If I could rate Aspen dental a 10 I would. 🤍

Edit- Thanks for my feedback? Yea, no problem. This place is a joke and deserves another lawsuit!
I went to the Oak Ridge location where I began treatment with Motto aligners. At a certain point in treatment (pretty much the end) week 17/22 my aligners weren’t shifting my teeth correctly. They removed my attachments to make new aligners. I waited from April until Sept and heard nothing from them. I finally go down in person and ask about the aligners. They say they have them, even though they never notified me. I then made the appt to get the attachments reapplied. Well, when they were reapplied the job was not done the same way it was the first time. The composite that forms the attachments was all over my teeth and the attachments themselves were not even fully shaped to attach to the aligners. I call back to let them know and they schedule me to come back two days later. When I show up that day they ask to speak with me for a second and they tell me that their Orthodontist sent an email saying I didn’t necessarily need the attachments and I could continue treatment without them since my teeth didn’t need to shift that much and they would remove the attachments from two days prior. I asked to see the email, to which the front desk lady replied, oh sure, what’s your email and asks me to have a seat. (Still haven’t seen the email they claimed to have gotten). Next thing I know, the office manager comes and takes me to her desk to talk. Where she proceeds to tell me that they will refund me my money for the Motto treatment. Because they were just going to stop all treatment on Motto since they have had too many complaints/issues and don’t even have a smile advisor (the people trained to apply the attachments)on location. (Turns out it was a trial run of their wanna be version of Invisalign, which they fail to mention when you sign up). I said, oh ok, so what does that mean? She says you’ll get all the money back for that treatment and you should hear from the (I guess) region manager in a few days. She goes on to say that if I want to continue treatment there for other things I was welcome to. I take her word for it and leave. Well, a few days went by and I receive a letter saying I’m no longer welcome at any Aspen Dental location and still no word about the refund. At this point I know I’m getting the run around. Why should I have to pay for a treatment that I did not receive? How can they half way shift your teeth, then say oh, we aren’t gonna do that anymore and force me to pay for it? I went to the office today to get clarification and supposedly Deanna will call me in a few days. We shall see, however everyone should beware of doing business with Aspen Dental. Especially, the one in Oak Ridge!!

The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Patel explained everything throughout the exam, as did his hygienist. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and filling out first visit paperwork on an iPad was easy.
