I had my first appointment with them yesterday, and I hadn't been to a dentist since I was a child, not because I'm afraid of the dentist, but because I just wasn't taken that often. It was wonderful. I was full of questions, and they had an answer for every single one. They are very nice and respectful people. They will be my dentist for the rest of my life.

The receptionist at the front desk didnt explain anything to me at all. I felt as if me spending my money for there service was a joke. My appointment was at 3:15 I didn't get called back until 4:00pm and still waited 30 extra mins but I really liked and appreciate the hygienist dentist who work on me today. I noticed and heard the smart comments and Snickers from some of the ladies at the front. When the receptionist seen confusion on my face about my appointment being split appointments she should have explained to me what the reason was instead of me having to call my insurance for what she suppose to ease my mind about. Not only that knowing that the I had to schedule two different days to finish the process why not ask me if I want to pay for that ahead of time since I had to pay before the procedure. yes I will be back. It's a difference in the people who do the work and the people that just file papers.

The WORST customer service and dental work!!! I’ve scheduled appointments and they have been canceled without me being aware, please don’t waste your time go somewhere else and spend your money where it’s deserved!! Straight trash!

Went to my first appointment, great reception area.Girl that did my ex rays was very nice.The dental hygienist came in and explained everything on her end.The the dentist came and explained her process. Went to the billing part and Sharpie was the bomb.She explained step by step..Already have impressions made..

Absolute 5 stars! Dr. Patel and his team are fantastic to say the least. My company recommended him and I am so glad I took their advice! Very professional, personable, and efficient. Upon entry I was greeted by the front desk associates, whom were friendly and smiling. As someone who is personally afraid of the dentist, I was made to feel completely at ease. Dr. Patel was very thorough and explained everything that he was going to do before proceeding and maintained that explanatory manner throughout the entire procedure. I felt no pain and it was over before I knew it. I recommend him 110 percent.

The office manager / care coordinator did not realize I was an established patient, despite checking "Not a New Patient" at sign in and referencing my existing records for dental insurance information. As a result, I was not provided a cleaning, but instead a repeat onboarding examination with a series of unnecessary x-rays. When I was finally escorted to the front to handle billing, the focus seemed more on getting the InvisAlign payment established at which point I stated I had not had my teeth cleaned yet. She said, the hygienist already left for the day. This is an onboarding for new patients. I told her I had been there twice so far and was an established patient. She saw that I had missed an appointment on the 20th so I rescheduled my appointment online for the 24th. She said, "Yeah, when you use the online option, it enters you as a new patient. That's just something the system does." I said, "That appears to be a bug with the system, because I have been here twice, signed in accordingly and mentioned my file and I just wasted an hour and a half and got a bunch of unnecessary x-ray exposure and expense." To which she replied, "Well, it looks like they needed a few updated x-rays so that's okay."
I was totally dismissed. No apology or acceptance of fault. As a result, I'm moving my whole family to another practice. You lost 4 patients and word of mouth will reflect poorly when friends or neighbors are asked for a dentist recommendation. Will also post this review to Social Media. Total incompetence.

Update: While I was displeased with the front desk staff and handling of my account information and processing, I didn't feel it was fair to blanket all employees under a 1 star review. The x-ray tech, Dr. Patel and the customer service representatives I worked with to resolve the account issues were of the highest caliber of professionalism and efficiency. I do feel the emphasis of this national chain is to upsell potentially beneficial, but not critical dental treatments, so I am revising my rating to 3 stars. This is a management directive and while it's good for the bottom line, it does not have a customer care centered focus.

If zero stars were an option, that's my rating. When I called to schedule the appointment, I made it abundantly clear I just needed a cleaning. I was told it would be $19 for x-rays and exam and the cleaning would cost $73. At check in, they eagerly charged me the $19 fee. After waiting 30 minutes passed my appointment time, I proceeded to the x-rays. The hygentist/salesman entered to ask me what I was there for. I told him, "just a cleaning." That's when things started to go south. He informed that they do not things like a "regular dentist office." Although the x-rays looked fine, I was invited to talk to the office manager about the "plan." I was forewarned that payment plans were available. Payment for a cleaning that is less than $100?!? I was escorted to the office manager where I was presented with a proposal for over $2000 worth of dental procedures. They refused to simply clean my teeth. Needless to say, I was beyond frustrated to spend an hour and a half and still not have my teeth cleaned. Luckily, my regular dentist was able to work me in the same day. For a smidge more than the quote I received during the call to Aspen Dental, my teeth were cleaned by a reputable practice.
Moral of the story-- stay away. It's a racket!
