It took me a while to find a good dentist. I’m so glad I heard your advertisement on WDIA. The staff is super friendly and professional. The dentist is always on point, checking to see if I’m alright, and I really like that. I ask a lot of questions, and they always answer them without making me feel I’m a bother. I’m so glad I found Dove Dentistry when I did.

When you manage to get called back and on the schedule, their service is great and everyone there is professional and kind. But I get put on hold indefinitely too often, and when I tried the online request for appointments I have only been contacted back once out of three times trying to use it.
I have to reschedule a cleaning and each time I call I get put on hold before I can explain. This time I waited over 10 mins before hanging up.

I was seen today as a walk-in. Very friendly and professional staff. Doctor was courteous and prompt in providing service. I will most definitely utilize their services again.

Staff was great, but it ended there . The Dentist that seen me was rude and hateful, not to mention, used a dental tool to hit my teeth with. Thank goodness my BP was high because their answer was to extract. BP was high because I was in pain!!!! Never in 48 years has a dentist or orthodontist taken my BP.
Luckily I walked out with my teeth and found a much better dentistry that took care of me and was way more professional.

I was with someone else visiting this dentist office. The parking was limited since there is several other businesses in same lot. But once we walked they spoke to us and the office was clean and cool inside with 14 seats in lobby. It smelled good also. There is over 6 rooms for patients to receive treatment. The ladies are nice and professional. They have different plans for your needs. Payment plans ect;.

The staff and doctor were very sensitive to the fact that I have a crippling phobia of having dental work done. I wish I had known about the huge advancements in dentistry that make treatment for chickens like me able to overcome my anxiety and allow me to get to work that I need done. I was on time for my appointment. And one of the young ladies who does the scheduling informed me that she had tried to reach me to inform me that my teeth had not come and so I made another appointment and paid on my bill. The person was pleasant and apologized for missing me with the information. And it worked out for me that I had the day to take care of some personal business. So to me it was a win-win situation.
