This is the second time this year I've had a scheduled appointment and the office is closed. I understand that things happen which could result in a change of plans, but this office could have at least had the decency to CALL ME/TEXT ME/EMAIL ME to cancel my appointment. I will not go to this dentist office again.

I got there on time but they took a half hour to treat me. Then the dental hygienist tore my mouth up rushing to get me out the door it seems. I don't want that hygienist again!
