I called on Thursday needing service on Friday and was told I could walk-in on Friday 9-11am. I arrived at 8:58pm, was treated with excellent customer service from all staff members including the dentist. I was out of the office by 10:06am with prescription in hand. A++ rating for dove family dentistry.

A waste of time
I called to schedule an appointment for a tooth extraction. I informed the rep of the insurance I have and asked if it was accepted. She replied yes. I asked her to double check as I have a 3month old and time isn't on my side. She agreed again yes. My appointment was at 10 they called me back at 11 to say they didn't except my insurance and asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket 😒. What a waste of time.
