Front desk staff was friendly. Once I went back for x-rays I was told that since I'm a walk-in, the doctor could only look at one tooth. Since I was there for swelling and infection I wasn't really sure which tooth it would be since half of my face was swollen. The doctor came in, introduced himself, and told me that the tooth would have to be extracted and left the room. The assistant came back in and told me how much it would be to extract the tooth. No one explained the process of replacing the tooth, ie, crown, bridge, or denture. I got a prescription for pain and antibiotic and will look for another dentist.

I arrived at this dentist 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Took off time from work and unfortunately my benefits was not verified. So after finally me calling Doral and verifying they where my provider in which I initially said I had and they stated I didn’t was able to verify I had coverage! I think I should get compensated for verifying by own coverage after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and seeing 4 patients that came in after me because called back I asked the receptionist how much longer will I have to wait she stated 30 more minutes... 2 hour and 15 minute wait to be seen! I told them to erase allll my information I will not be returning! This was a total waste of my time! Horrible service

Terriby disappointed 😞🤨Didn't receive a follow-up call regarding my appointment & was going to call your office today! I've Not heard a response from your office staff sin e I tried to schedule an appointment to come in for my dental cleaning! How unfortunate & unprofessional is that!!

I woke up in so much pain from an abscess, on Monday morning. I couldn't get to my regular dentists until Wednesday. I passed Dove Family dentist on my way to the store to get something for my pain. Pulled up in the parking lot. Called them and ask if they take walk in. She said yes. The staff was professional and sweet. The Dr was gentle and to the point. Needless to say he removed my tooth. Was given prescription for pain and antibiotic.. Feel so much better and the swollen has gone down. Thank you Doves family. I appreciated you being there.
