When I say that they did an amazing job from the time I walked in as a walk in to the time I walked out. I explain to them that my last dental visit which was a few years ago back in Texas at another dentist office was very scary. I went unresponsive they understood the assignment and was there with me 100%. I love this place I promise you you will love it. I got a wisdom tooth extraction and didn’t feel anything nothing at all the man that did my extraction was awesome amazing. I promise if you all go to this dentist you will not regret it I promise have a blessed day

I was in need of a nearby family dentist without having to travel across town for my oral care. After doing my research I called NEW IMAGE FAMILY DENTISTRY and I came in as a "walk in" after doing the paperwork it didn't take long before I was served. I am happy with the outcome of the service that was rendered. I received A1 service and will tell family and friends about their services. I give them 2 thumbs up. Very pleased with my teeth cleaning today on 10-27-2022.

August 29,2022, I had another appointment. I got my teeth polished. I definitely enjoyed my visit today. However, I didn’t visit with Dr. Tonya but she did stop by to answer my questions that I had. Now, that spoke volumes to me. She took time out to come see about me. Love I say. Dr. Tonya is the bomb!!! Hats off to everyone there!!!!

I took all 3 of my kids at the same time. They cleaned my toddlers teeth, my daughters and pulled my sons tooth.Everyone was helpful and worked together to get everyone out fast! Great experience and they were all very helpful with questions regarding my insurance! Highly recommend

…Actual dental service was good. Wait to be seen was entirely too long🤦🏽♀️ I arrived on time for my appointment. Approx an hour, plus approx another 20-30minutes wait time once placed in exam room. Please reduce wait time to less than 30 minutes and strive for overall excellence in services. Thank you

Some people make it hard to support black businesses. The day I went in for my appointment I was on time and provided my insurance card before the appointment, during the appointment and after the appointment. There was myself and another young lady there, as I'm waiting I here the front desk receptionist say we both have crappie insurance. Which was very rude and unprofessional. Once I got back to the room, I was left there for over an hour before they extracted my tooth. The guy that extracted my tooth seemed like he had an attitude about the fact that I could still feel the pain of the tooth being pulled and he talked down to me as if I don't know how to follow directions for after care. Several months later they call my fiance and told him, if I didn't return there call they were going to charge me for the service. I called them back and sent yet another image of my insurance card. I called today and the billing dept representative had an attitude about me inquiring to see if they had been paid or not. My experience with this office was the worst and I will not be returning for any other care.
