I came here to have work done that wasn't done by my previous dentist. For it to be a Global Pandemic in full effect and TN being the worst state for Covid Transmission, any delay I experienced is expected. All staff observed Covid Prevention Protocols every time I was ever in the office.
I have underlying health conditions and my safety is my main priority everytime I have to come outside of my home.
I still received excellent service from both dentist and the front office staff. I couldn't be more satisfied at the point and will definitely remain a patient.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Went here last year My husband came here to get his teeth worked on. Now going somewhere else to get them fixed the RIGHT way. They didn’t do any X-rays on my husband and pulled out teeth, he has to get all his fillings redone. They really do NOT need to be in Business. I could go on and on. We need are money back!!!! His name is David Bautista! The new place we are going to called you all and said you all do NOT have any X-rays. And I wish this was a joke! “Ummmm he’s requested his records in writing twice with no response from the “manager “ who’s never there!!”

Within the last month I chose this dental office because of their location, and upon calling to make the appointment the availability was quick and with extended open hours. Upon arriving to the appt. I was super early like an 1.5 hours the lady at the front desk told me she would work us in. So after sitting I soon realized that the actual appointment time 6:30 had passed it was now 6:45. I went to the front desk and inquired only to find out the dentist had an emergency and left so I rescheduled. The next appt came and we did not wait in the waiting room long but we were in the back awhile I shrugged it off because we were new patients and I know it can take awhile. During this time I actually met the dentist and she was very nice and welcoming. After my visit I went back to the front desk to discuss my treatment plan options and prices. I was speaking to the office manager at that time. I asked her for the prices individually so I could make my next appointments accordingly. She told me she would call me tomorrow with this information while being courteous. The next day no phone call. The next 4 days no phone call. After a week I called and she was with a patient and they said she would call back. No phone call for the next week. I called again , reminder it's been 2 weeks now and she was again unavailable. The third week I'm over it and just decides to call for the last time and finally got her on the phone. She remembered who I was and said "Oh I never called you back" jokingly then told me she was going to check this for me. Which means she never did and had 3 weeks to do so and I did not see anything funny about the situation I was pissed at the lack of professionalism. She checked and informed me the last receptionist was giving her messages, but that was an excuse, She personally told me 3 weeks prior she would call me so....... I expressed my frustration with the situation and how me being a new customer I just expected better service. I try to support black business but unfortunately I am 9x's out of 10 disappointed. She did apologize for the delay but there was no excuse that could justify the issue. They lost 5 patients from me due to my bad experience. I hate this happen because it was so convenient to my house.

I went in today for a dry socket after getting my tooth pulled somewhere else. The other place was no help but new image took care of me right away. After being in constant pain for about 4 days, I'm doing so much better thanks to new image. A special thanks to erica, who personally took care of me! Love y'all!
