Crown prep done left within an hour of anesthesia subsiding my tooth has been in excruciating pain and the crown is able to be rocked and wiggled which is not common , Ive called & texted per the emergency numbers given but to no avail not one nurse has reached out .

Staff is very helpful. Was a walk-in. was seen in a timely fashion. Dr. Lyons is great had issues that she didn't specialize in but found me a doctor that took care of my issues.

This was my first time attending this dental practice. The front desk ladies were nice and the wait for being a new patient waa not bad. The waiting room was spacious so I was able to socially distant from other patients. The young lady that initially took me to the back was nice but I could tell she was either nervous or new. Some of her directions to me were not that clear. When performing my second set of x rays, a more experience assistant came in (and a Concorde trainee). No introduction was made, no hi or nothing. Just was instructing Concord student and telling me to open and close my mouth. This same experienced tech performed my teeth cleaning which I was no accustomed to.Other dental experiences, the dentist performed my cleanings. After the cleaning Dr. Lyons did come in and she looked at the xrays and asked me did I have any questions and thanked me for coming. My only concern was that if something was going on with my teeth that an xray did not show, how would it be caught?
That is why I gave it a 4. It is located 5 mins from my home so I will more than likely try them again.

Where do I start......my appointment was at 2:30pm. I arrived around 2:18. I understand being busy but I didn't get called to the back until 3:30. People that arrived after me wemt back before me. I had x-rays done because I'm a new patient at around 3:36pm. Go back to the exam room and was told cleaning would be explained. Doctor came in looked at my mouth didn't discuss any problems or issues that may need to be addressed. I wait until 4:10pm for the hygienist to xome and clean my teeth. I left this dentist office at 4:20. Yeah I don't think I'll return. The staff was nice, but the wait time should be handled a lot better.

Had a appointment today to have my Crown started on but once I got to the back the assistants were clueless on why I was there. So within the 10 to 15 mins of me expressing my reasoning, I was told I'd been seen in a minute which turnt into a hour. The Dr finally came an asked me the same question the assistant did and at that point its unorganized an unprofessional. I rescheduled but honestly I'll just be looking for another dental office .

Dr. Tonya Lyons Anderson is the reason for my beautiful smile since 2011 with a partial and an upgrade to a denture in 2017. She is also the reason that I am pain free today with an emergency root extraction earlier this week. I am past pleased with the service and her staff is very courteous and friendly.
