    ONE of the BEST dentist in the world! A very nice and new office. They even have a crystal chandelier in the lobby, WOW! What a classy place. Also the staff and service are on point.     THE coolest dentist ever! I had a horrible toothache & was told by a previous dental professional that I needed a root canal. I called around to find the most affordable place to get a root canal (I’m uninsured). Most places were pretty rude to me. This place was not. His staff got me in that same week. I went in, made my payment, and was taken GREAT care of! He didn’t think I needed a root canal. And gave me scripts to treat the issue he saw. I appreciate his honesty, because he could’ve gotten a lot of money out of me. But not just that, he was so professional & nice. Felt like my uncle or something, lol. Now my boyfriend & mom are patients. If you need dental care, choose him.

    I saw Dr. Carter to have a broken tooth removed and he was AMAZING!!!!!I got dry socket twice from not following the directions that were given but he was patient with me every time I had to come back. He was so understanding but scowled me like someone I've known for years. He was so professional and gentle with me unlike the dentist that I paid to do a root canal on the same tooth. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carter. He and the staff were just all around nice people. I will definitely only be seeing him for my dental care. I will even be making my son an appointment .

    Paid for an exam, was promised I would be seen and Carter would email me my treatment plan, waited 2-3 months for the treatment plan, never received it. Finally got an answer and was told he would not accept me as a patient and to go back to my original dentist located out of state. Looking to move my kids as well. His bedside mannerism suck. Our people.

    Not saying he’s not a great Dentist. But he’s not friendly at all, Didnt feel comfortable. His bedside manner needs improvement. The staff was great and very kind.But the dentist himself wasn’t .

    I don't know. I'm just used to the staff trying to help the patients. Not try to make things difficult. I didn't get to meet the dentist. Didn't even get past the difficult woman at the door. Maybe I should just go back to the white people.

    Let me tell you something..the worst experience of my life..I paid cash for my daughter 's teeth to be fixed so I'm sitting in the waiting room..I see the male dentist with out a mask so I say to myself cool..I take mine off..the the receptionist say pull your mask up..so I say why don't he have his mask on so he steps in and say I'm the owner..so I just walk out waiting for them to look at my daughter's teeth..I leave to go outside my daughter come outside to say they need me in the room..I leave to go th the bathroom..get back hand me my money and say do to conflict of interest we can not see your daughter..bad business black people

    Really how you gonna let a person know at the last minute you don't take their insurance. When I gave my child's insurance information the day I made the appointment.
