I would highly recommend. And they are open after hours. Convenient. Actually a good experience with the dentist for a change!! They are so good.

Dr. West is hands down the best dentist I've ever had! I've always had bad teeth, and have unfortunately had quite a few extractions. He handled the two extractions I needed recently with care and grace. Every person I've interacted with in the office has been incredibly kind and helpful. I'm thoroughly impressed, and would recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

I had been in so much pain that I couldn’t even function due the pain being so bad. I called everywhere to get in on a Saturday. I even restored to the ER. My mother was able to contact and get me an appointment here and the dentist was absolutely amazing and so was the staff! I can’t even put into words how thankful I am that they were able to get me in and be so kind and get me out of pain. I definitely will be using them moving forward and I high recommend you see them as well!

So, I've been here a couple times and have had great experiences. Mary & Jasmine are wonderful techs, both have cleaned my teeth. I've had the pleasure of both Carlos & Danny assist the dentist for my procedures. Dr West has a great "chair-side" manner. In fact, they all do, from the greeting at front desk to the end of my visit. I tell anyone who asks (and some who don't), this is a great debts office. Thanks

I've visited this location about three times over the last year and have had nothing but positive experiences with all staff.
Had my teeth cleaned by two separate Hygienists, both were exceptional but Jasmine who took care of me on my last visit did the job with no discomfort inflicted.
Have been seen by two different dentists and both were nice and professional.
Highly recommend this team.

My name is Desiray Neely and I had an appointment with the new provider Dr. West on yesterday. We was very professional, patient, compassionate, hardworking, and kind. I needed a refill and it was quite big. He worked very hard with lots of patience and precision. He was able to get my fill in done perfectly. After my tooth was filled my bit was perfect. It’s been one day after my fill in and I don’t have any pain at all and my mouth feels good. I was so blessed to see this provider and I pray that God will continue to bless Dr. West and his staff. Dr. West if you see this, May God prosper you and bless the works of your hands! I am eternally grateful and I appreciate what you did for me. If you are in the Murfreesboro area please go and see this dentist. He is great! I recommend his services 100%. I also will like to thank Heather the office manger for her joy and good spirit that she Carrie’s. She was so full of joy when I walked in for my appointment. Everybody there was so kind! My first time coming here for a routine dental cleaning on 11/05/2022. My hygienist, Jamie, did an excellent job, gave me some great tips, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. She was professional, polite, had a calming personality, and very thorough. I highly recommend Jamie for your routine cleaning. I am satisfied with the service at this location.

I hate leaving reviews.. but I’ve never in my entire life dealt with such a horrible provider! Dr. Anissa Burgess was one of my providers today - and she was extremely condescending and unsupportive of my primary dentist’s recommendation. I went in for a permanent crown adjustment after I saw my primary dentist and allowed him to evaluate it. I attempted to explain the clinical advice that I was given - and she abruptly interrupted me to inform me that if her practice determines that said work is needed, then they’ll do it. I then attempted to explain the clinical advice again, and she began to speak over me as if what I was saying wasn’t important. After requesting a new provider she stormed off and told the office manager that I was basically trying to determine my treatment. Thankfully Amy Lynn was able to come in and do the adjustment while being extremely supportive and explaining the steps I should take if I have any issues. If you choose this practice, then I recommend seeing Dr. Haggard, Dr. West, or Dr. Schmidt (I believe that’s her name but she was AWESOME). I believe that this practice is great and everyone else was very friendly, but that lady seriously needs coaching on being courteous to her patients!
