The dental assistant and the front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful so they get a 5+.
The dentist himself was a big fat 0 no bed side manner rude to my 8 year old and myself he didn't even introduce myself to me or my son was in the room for 2 seconds flat and left. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK BECAUSE OF HIMSELF!

The staff is amazing and all work together to make things perfect! Sidney and Crystal are a wonderful part of the staff. So friendly and caring. Dr. Stacy is great at what he does. I would recommend Davis Denistry to everyone!

I wasn’t sure about going here after the last dentist that was at this location, but I was 100% wrong! Dr. Stacy was super nice and his assistant was so sweet! They weren’t pushy about extra work that needed to be done (& I have plenty) and immediately sent me to Dr. Shear’s office for a root canal. I have my next appt already scheduled for my cleaning. Very happy!!

I had work done with the previous owners/management of this office and had a few completely horrible experiences. But today was completely different and I am revived as a patient for this office.
Not only was my treatment plan described to me in full detail for this visit, but the dentist, hygienist, and dental assistant went the full length to describe the work that was previously done, the mistakes that were made by the previous company, and how they were going to go forward to take care of my situation. (I had previously had work done due to a work place injury and the previous dentist/owner hadn’t explained any of the work they were going to do prior to doing it.)
Once financing was figured out (which was made painless I may add) the work began promptly to fix my situation (my bridge had broken completely out of my mouth, making speech and eating impossible)
Disregarding their schedules, because my inflexible schedule would not allow me to come back in for two weeks, they took care of me immediately.
My temporary bridge that was made today was the thing that made me feel like an individual, and made me partial to this dentistry.
A short background, when the previous work was done I went through 4 temporary bridges, cumulatively reinstalled 10 times before the permanent (which I wasn’t offered a replacement for, even though I was not satisfied with) came in.
Through Davis Dental, not only did they tell me they will send my bridge back until both myself and the dentist agree that it is perfect, but the technician making my bridge (Jasmine, I believe, who was amazing) stopped at nothing to make sure my temporary was perfect. While attempting to make the bridge with the coloring we agreed on, she noticed it wasn’t hardening “fast enough”. She felt it wouldn’t last, and in disregard for her own time, started the process of making me a temporary all over again, and made one so close to the color it was negligible.
Not only was this temporary fitted better than the original “permanent”, but I felt like she gave the attention she would her own teeth.
Mind you, through this entire 4 hour process today, my 4 year old son was by my side, and every one in the staff treated him so kindly and made him being there so enjoyable that he later said that “it didn’t feel like we were there so long, Daddy.”
All of this made an exceptional experience for me, one that isn’t measured by any standard.
I didn’t feel like a patient today, and was not treated like one. It was almost personal, even though I had never seen anyone in this office before.
That is the kind of experience that keeps a client for a lifetime, and I intend to follow up with this practice alone for my every need.

Everyone was so KIND & KNOWLEDGEABLE! I had no pain the entire time I was there. I got: stuck with a needle to numb my nerves and gums , I also got my tooth drilled down; still didn’t have pain. Like I said , AMAZING!

They were absolutely amazing.. Came from an hour away bc I had a broken tooth with exposed nerve and had no dental insurance.... They worked with me on everything and were all super nice and told me what they were doing before they did it... I was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend them

I have always feared of going to the dentist and Douglass made me feel beyond comfortable👏🏾 He was very patient and understanding of my situation. I highly recommend 💯 I couldn’t remember the office manager’s name but everyone was very friendly!

The office space is very clean. Mrs Joan, Mrs, Vivian were extremely polite and courteous along with EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF THE STAFF. If you’re looking for a dentist office that’s professional but also wanting that “at home” feel, this is definitely the office for you!
