Great dentist and highly recommend! Everyone is very kind and they are accommodating when needed. Very family-like atmosphere. I've had a couple of cleanings and fillings done here. During one of my cleanings, the dental hygienist/assistant was out, so Dr. Nicholson performed my cleaning himself and didn't have to reschedule me, though it would have been reasonable to do so, I greatly appreciate he didn't.

I would give Dr. Nicholson’s dental practice a 10 out of 10 stars if I could. I am a person that rarely writes a review, maybe I have written 2 reviews, if that, about any place. This is a top-notch dental practice and my experience with them was so excellent and so professional that I felt compelled to share my experience. I had a really good dentist that I used for a long time that retired. I thought I was never going to find another dentist office that would meet the same standards as my previous, now retired dentist. I found myself in need of some general dental work, researched and discovered all the really good reviews about Dr. Nicholson and his practice. I gave them a call and spoke with Terri. Terri was amazing, she answered all of my questions and then some. After speaking with her, I scheduled an appointment. My positive experience really began with Terri and just continued to be a wonderful overall experience from there. Dr. Nicholson addressed all of my questions during the consult, took his time, did not rush, understood my dental anxiety and helped me with establishing a dental plan that was best for me. Dr. Nicholson and his nurse Eliza completed the dental work that I needed done. They were phenomenal!!! This team knows what they are doing!! Dr. Nicholson definitely gives my retired dentist some competition! The work Dr. Nicholson did is absolutely top notch and superior! This is the first time I have ever had a temp crown on and didn’t even feel the temp crown- this is how good the dental work was! There is no off- bite feeling or feeling of anything new that had been done. The dental work is impeccable. My orthodontic retainers still fit too! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Nicholson and his staff. I am not going anywhere else!

Dr. Nicholson has been a great dentist since I started seeing him 4 years ago so this review is long overdue!

Embarrassing for me to write, but I hadn't visited a dentist for YEARS prior to searching online for someone to help get my teeth back to a 'bright' smile but I submitted my information online, gave Terri the receptionist my brief history when she called me back, and ultimately was treated with the utmost respect. At the prior 3 dentists I've had in my life I've never had the actual dentist CLEAN my teeth and was always a hygienist so the attention to detail, caring about my comfort, description of what he assesses and plan, PLUS his gentle work when I had procedures is phenomenal. The entire staff are always nice and conversational as well! My family and I will be patients for life at his business and if you're looking for a new dentist then you should give them a call or submit your information online like I did and they'll be glad to give you a call back. Don't wait years like I did, but even if you have, they'll be great to work with.

Dr. Nicholson did an excellent job repairing one of my front chipped teeth. It looks as if I never chipped the tooth! His front staff and assistants are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Thank you all for being so professional and kind.

DR Nicholson is a great dentist. He always makes me feel calm when getting a cleaning or any treatments. Terry is also very friendly. They are very flexible with scheduling as well. I would gladly recommend them to anybody needing a dentist.

Dr. Nicholson is great! I had some work done years ago and then again recently. He's always been so good at what he does and I will be happy to continue and use him as my dentist. Everyone in the office is always so upfront and nice as well making the whole experience smooth and easy!

We receive very good quality care in a friendly and professional way. Very nice office and staff. They take time with each and care that you are comfortable. They are good to work with insurance or without. They also cover if there is an emergency problem. Highly recommend Dr Nickelson and Cosmetic Dentistry of Murfreesboro.

Very professional friendly, no long waits absolutely the best place to go @ Cosmetic Dentistry of Murfreesboro with DDS Gregory Nicholson. Also, Terry, her kind and professionalism, is great. When you call in for an appointment, she gets you in to take care of your dental needs. I have found my forever dentist for me and my family!

I loved my experience at Cosmetic Dentistry of Murfreesboro. I went there about 2 years ago because I had chipped my tooth on a glass bottle. They got me in about 3 days after I called. I went in nervous and thinking I was going to have to be numbed, and that it was going to cost a fortune to get it bonded. I never had to be numbed and they bonded my tooth in around 10 minutes! They also evened out my front bottom and top teeth a little bit too. I was so relieved, and the staff was amazing and comforting. I then went to the desk to pay and it turned out to be under 200. I was expecting 300+. I would recommend this place to anyone for cosmetic teeth work.

Absolutely would recommend Cosmetic Dentistry of Murfreesboro. Going to the Dentist is not a pleasant event but Dr. Nicholson projects a sense of calmness which in turn makes you feel at ease in the dental chair. The Staff is very professional and they take the time to get to know you. Anytime I had an emergency they were able to get me in for an appointment.
