I am not a big one for pain so going into a dentist office is something I am very afraid of walking into Schmitter Family I felt instantly comfortable.
I was greeted by the lovely Lauren , a warm smile and kind conversation goes leaps and bounds for a scaredy-cat like myself. She offered me water or tea and helped me fill out the required forms explaining everything to me step by step .
Lauren and Dr Schmitter put me at ease explaining terms about my dental hygiene that I never knew before some of this information was super vital to my health thankfully they were able to catch some of the gum disease that was developing my mouth. They gave me honest information about how to move forward. Having taken the time and effort really means this practice has done their research and truly are about the health and care of their clients .
The appointment continued with one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had in a dental chair , I’m not one for writing reviews but I felt that credit is owed for that kind of professionalism.

Extremely high skills of customer service and interpersonal communication skills from Mrs.Shmitter. The attention to the details is certainly one of the things she is the best in. For just 1.30 min we we taking pics of my whole mouth, every single corner was covered. Then we talk to the point. I didn’t feel anything in this conversation that could give me a chance to doubt in her professional skills. She talks confident with huge interest to achieve the best result you want, but same time she is smiling as she knows she can do even better. I was referred to her by Jason Primm, he is real pro as well what explains me why he recommended her. Hope all rest will go smooth, but first impressions are really really good.

Since moving to Nashville I’ve tried several Dentists. Having knowledge of how a dental office operates and how the Dentist should work, I was disappointed until I found Dr. Schmitter and her team. Not only does Dr. Schmitter provide excellent dental care, with state of the art equipment, she is a perfectionist and will make sure your procedure is the best it can be. All the while making you as comfortable as possible. The whole team treats you like family. I feel blessed to have found such a wonderful, caring, experienced dental team. I recommend them to everyone I know!

My stepdad was a dentist and I was enrolled in dental hygiene school (when I thought that I wanted to be a hygienist)- so I have a “behind the scenes” background knowledge. I have lived in Georgia for 20 years and have been to several different dentists. No one I’ve seen can compare to the quality of care and service that I have received with Dr. Schmitter and staff. I have family and friends in TN, so I plan my dental cleanings and visits and make plans accordingly. Is driving nearly 4 hours to see your dentist - CRAZY?? No way!! Thanks Dr. Schmitter! 💕
