I had a really bad dentist in East Nashville who caused damage to my mouth, improperly fit my night guard, messed up my crown (twice) and more. Needless to say, after multiple treatments I was terrified to go to the dentist. There were red flags and it’s my fault for giving them a second and third chance, but I did.
Skip to Dr. Kelli: From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a clean and welcoming waiting area with a friendly and professional staff. Dr. Kelli put my mind at ease and helped to fix my issues without over selling me on anything. She corrected the old dentists shorty work quickly. I look forward to going every 6 months as I know I’m in good hands. I highly recommend this dental office.

This is the best Dennis I’ve ever been to Dr. V and her staff are very professional and friendly and they treat you as family very clean facility and they even have handicap entrance. What I love the most about it is that I am a woman and all the staff is women .Women helping women you can’t say nothing bad about that.. they really want you to be very comfortable from one minute to the next, even allowing you to listen to your music on your phone to help keep your anxiety at rest I would recommend this place to anybody women, men and children. They are amazing.

My appointment for Dr. Turner was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Her receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The waiting area was ultra clean and the tv was not too loud. Her hygienist was on top of everything, efficient, and very friendly. When Dr. Turner saw me for my appointment she was the personification of sunshine. Her bedside manner put me at ease and her ability to converse made it feel more like a get together of old friends than a dentist appointment with a person I just met. I will recommend Dr. Turner to anyone for dental needs and I will only use her for my own. The only downside to any of this is there are only 5 stars. So, since there are only 5 on google, I give her a 10 out of 5 Stars.

The cleaning and treatment I received was top notch. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything that was happening and going to happen!

I went there because I had a toothache and it needed pulling. I have extreme anxiety over dentists. The moment I walked in the door the vibe was so peaceful and positive. The staff was wonderful and Dr Kelli was awesome!. I love her personality. She made me feel like we'd known each other for ever!! I highly recommend this dentist office. They all are wonderful people and all are so professional. But yet they made me feel at home. Thank you Dr Kelli and your wonderful staff for making me feel better!!!

Phenomenal dentist, friendly staff, and very clean clinic! I highly recommend Dr. Turner. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. Thank you all for a great experience!

Everyone, including doctor Turner, were amazing people and the experience was great. However, they told me I had a molar with a cavity that would need to be crowned and in order to do that I would first need to get wisdom teeth removed. Didn't sound right as all I went in for was a cleaning. So I went ahead and got a second opinion and x-rays. Turns out there is NO cavity, tooth therefore does not need to be crowned, and my wisdom teeth do not need to be pulled. If you go here tread lightly and consider a second opinion if a lot of work is suggested.

I'm so grateful I found Dr. Turner and her team when I did! My teeth and gums were definitely worse for wear after a couple years of poor hygiene and few cleanings, but the hygienist went straight to work. My teeth haven't been cleaned that thoroughly in years! I really appreciated her attention to detail. Plus, her positive attitude helped me feel far less despondent about the state of my mouth. After Dr. Turner examined my teeth, she fully explained the work I needed done, and clearly answered all my questions about the crown procedure. My crown prep became more involved than anticipated, but she thoroughly explained her new course of action. When the temporary crown hurt a few days later, she fit me right in for an adjustment, even though I was due back in just two days for some fillings. As a scientist (and inquisitive person in general), it always means the world to me when a professional takes the time and effort to explain their actions. The compassion with which Dr. Turner treats her patients is the icing on the cake! Side note: the billing process has been extremely transparent--there have been no unpleasant surprises at checkout. I've received quite accurate estimates before all procedures. If you're looking for a new dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Turner and her team!

I have never had such a great experience with a dentist office that I felt compelled to write a review! From booking, to cleaning, to exam, to check-out, this place is truly something special. I called on a Monday with some pain, and they were incredibly accommodating in making me an appointment the next morning. The staff was very helpful in making sure I knew where to enter the building/park/etc. Check-in was really efficient and friendly. The cleaning was by far the most painless cleaning I've ever experienced, and the energetic and kind personalities of Dr. Turner, Dee and the staff truly made the experience a pleasant one--which I've never been able to say before about visiting the dentist :)

Dr Kelli A Turner is a true professional. She takes the time and care needed to first evaluate your teeth then proceeds in the best way possible to take care of your dental needs. What I love also is that if another professional is needed she has a list of other quality specialist that she can send you too for your dental care. Most importantly she has a wonderful bedside manner and doesn't give you the feel that you are being rushed or another number for the day. Please go see her.
