The best Dentist period, will not tell you that you need 4 fillings redone when you only need one. She's very honest! I've been going to her for 24 years.

So grateful to have found this dental office! Personable, quality care. I had a teeth cleaning and a cavity filled. No wait time. Every employee interaction was delightful. Dr. Jackson has great, positive energy, explains things in a non-condescending manner, and does quality work. When they recommended X-rays (I hadn't been to the dentist in 2 years), I was worried it wouldn't be covered by my simple dental plan. Crystal, the dental assistant, explained to me that they had already checked with my insurance, and that it was all covered. Whew! I ended up having one small cavity and they were able to get me in the next day to get it filled. It was on the side of my tooth, so I figured there'd be an obvious filling. Nope! You can't even tell it's there! Dr. Jackson and her assistant Marcia did an amazing job. (She may have missed her calling as an artist!) I highly recommend this dental office.

It was the worst dental experience of my life. I have been to Dentists all over the country. Dr. Jackson is unethical and terrible. They will try to up-sell things you DO NOT NEED and they will still charge you for the appointment. I walked out paying $94 for exams. They refused to give me a regular cleaning. I do not need a deep cleaning. I just saw a dentist 1 year ago and he said my teeth and gums were great.

I have been going to Dr. Jackson for many years, and have never had a bad experience, in fact the staff has always worked with me as far as scheduling my appointments due to my work schedule. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. As long as Dr. Jackson is practicing I will remain a patient. Fortunately, I have finally found this gentle, decisive, highly skilled dentist and attentive staff. Dr. Jackson is caring and awesomely efficient as are those who work with her. I have gone to this dentist for several years and had an "ok" experience. Yesterday, I was taken in by scare tactics and massively overcharged for a service. Six times the going rate for what i actually got in terms of service! I discovered this after I got home and did some research online. Research I couldn't do as I sat in the dentist's chair being told I needed this treatment and being handed a bill to approve before they would continue. Turns out all I really needed was a good cleaning. That's what I came there for. That and an exam. I was never actually seen by the dentist, nor did I have my actual teeth evaluated. What I got was screwed. I have asked that they rebate my account for the egregious charge. I've gotten no response. Greed rather than care. No wonder our healthcare system is such a mess.
