Dr Stein and his staff are knowledgable, trustworthy and gentle. I have never had a bad experience, which is more than I can say for other offices, such as a very popular one in Green Hills that tried to drug me for a cleaning, and another heavily promoted office in Franklin that wanted to charge me thousands for a procedure I didn't need. Everything about my experience was amazing. From calling and making the appointment, being seen and even during the procedure. I initially went to a dentist in Cool Springs and he wasn't very kind and his prices were going to be several thousand dollars more than Dr. Stein. So, thank God I made the right decision. The best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I literally moved to Nashville from Texas a week ago and started having unbearable tooth pain. They scheduled me the same day for a walk in appointment and started working on the issue immediately. Staff was great and Dr. Stein made the procedure a breeze. They even made accommodations for my finances because a root canal isn’t cheap. I’d highly recommend them to anyone that isn’t a fan of going to the dentist because they made it so easy and effortless to become a regular patient.
