Dr. Brad Gill is the best dentist that I’ve ever been to. As someone who had dental anxiety due to painful dental work in the past, I can honestly say that he exceeded every expectation and made the whole experience enjoyable. Not only does he have a kind and calming demeanor, he is very VERY skilled. When I had to have my numbing shots, I didn’t feel a thing, and I’ve never had a filling go so smoothly.
I’ve also never had a dentist treat me with more respect and care. He talked me through the procedure and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciated his conservative treatment plan, and felt that he truly cared about my needs and was willing to work with me on a plan that made me feel comfortable. I can tell that he truly cares about his patients, and I feel that I’m in good hands. I personally was worried about exposing myself to x-rays as I was pregnant at the time and he took the time to explain all of the risks and benefits so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciated that he seemed to have my overall health in mind, and did not want to expose me to any undo risks with either medication or through his treatment.
He will be my dentist from now on, and I look forward to the next visit to his office! I can’t recommend this dentist enough!

A dentist 🦷 office that gets it!! This dentist office works really hard to pay attention to the little details that could make your appointment more enjoyable! It's obvious that they take pride in the work and I feel like I'm in the hands of professional when I'm here!
Melissa gives incredible teeth cleanings! She is the best! :)
Definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Gill was referred to me by a family friend. They make getting dental care easy and convenient. They are always on time and everyone is friendly. Dr. Gill does a great job and I trust his work.

Dr. Gill is great. However, the new dental hygienist did a very cursory cleaning and was more interested in finding areas to upsell me. Disappointed in what was once a great, trustworthy dental practice/experience.

I have been going here for years and had very bad dentist anxiety in the past. I had some horrible experiences in Nashville but when I found Missy, all that changed. Missy was so gentle yet my teeth felt like they had been deep cleaned. There was never any pressure for other services if I didn't want them. At my latest visit, however, I was shocked to find that Missy is no longer at this office. The new hygienist was not a warm person and was very messy with my cleaning and got plaque bits all over my face and hair. It just wasn't even close to the same. Dr Gill is super friendly and nice, but he isn't the one cleaning my teeth. So now I will have to start the search all over again. I do wish I had been contacted that a new person had taken over Missy's patients.

I have dental anxiety that is borderline crippling. I went in to have 3 extractions with 2 bone grafts today and can honestly say that I never once experienced the slightest bit of pain! The entire staff is friendly, laid back, and never once judged me for having gone so long between visits! Nobody likes to go to the dentist, but I’m being honest when I say the experience was pleasant and has completely changed my outlook. Huge thanks to Dr Gill and Fallon!

Great atmosphere. My experience was comforting , and that a lot to say for a dental office.

Please please protect yourself and never ever see Dr. Brad Gill. Go to another Tennessee Family Dental location!!
I am normally seen at the Brentwood location, but I was in tooth pain, and this location could get me into the office sooner. It turned out that I needed a tooth extraction. Dr. Brad Gill did the surgery, assured me I would only be mildly sore and sent me home. I was not mildly sore, I was in excruciating pain, even taking both Advil and Tylenol. I called first thing the following morning and he sent a prescription for pain medication to the pharmacy. I had a bad reaction to the medication, and being in excruciating pain, I went back to the dr for help. He told me that my dizziness, nausea and vomiting were normal reactions to the medication and that I would have to accept them if I wanted pain relief. (It turned out that the pain medication he prescribed me had serious interactions with two of my medications-including serotonin syndrome which could have been deadly) He didn’t care that I couldn’t take the pain medication he prescribed because it made me sick. He never asked me how much pain I was in on a pain scale. He took no x-rays to be sure everything was looking okay. He looked in my mouth, said it was healing and then told me he would not prescribe me anything to replace the pain medication I obviously couldn’t take. I was crying to him describing how unbearable the pain was and that I hadn’t slept more than 2 hours at a time for days because the pain woke me over and over. He said I was on the normal range of pain (not sure how he thought he knew that since he hadn’t even asked how bad it was) and he would do nothing further for me. When my husband tried asking him why he didn’t think another medication would be an option Dr. Gill responded with “Don’t question me!” I left crying in disbelief a doctor could just dismiss a patient in so much pain. My husband called my regular dentist. She immediately suggested I return the pain medication to the pharmacy in exchange for a new prescription she wrote. The new medication helped with the pain and caused no side effects but she was concerned I was still in pain a full 7 days after the extraction so she had me come in. She did an X-ray and found that I still had an infection. This was causing me pain. Very simple diagnosis. Also, because she cared about my pain, she treated me for a dry socket and sewed up my wound. That night I finally got some sleep. Dr. Brad Gill didn’t care that I was in pain. He didn’t feel he needed to find the cause of the pain I was in. He showed me no compassion whatsoever. As a result, I spent 7 full days in absolute hell. I believe he is either a sadist or incompetent but either way, he shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near any patients ever.
