Highly disappointed in the customer service of the office staff. It is sad because the doctors are great. We will not be back. I spoke with Celest a couple times and was laughed at sarcastically during our last conversation. I felt very uncomfortable. You should feel at home with your dentist office and this was extremely different.

Horrible experience, i could never get someone from my local office on the phone, it was always an off-site scheduling center. Took forever to get calls back. Was convinced by the dentist i would need an extremely expensive root canal. After going to another dentist i found out i only needed a filling, the second opinion dentist took care of it the next day and i was out of pain. Abbeville wasn't even able to schedule my procedure within a week and a half of my initial exam. Took forever to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I will never go back.

Dr Gary Jennings, is a fantastic dentist. Very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I would consider him a artist at repairing problems and cosmetic dentistry. Everytime I have been, which is several, I get in the minute I get there. NO WAITING !!!! The staff at his office is top notch, friendly knowledgeable, caring and kind. They go the extra mile to make your experience there as pleasant as, lol, major dental work can be. They will be my go to place from now on. I have been to a lot of other dentist, but have never been to one that is accommodating as their location. Which is Grand and I 40, Amarillo, Tx. I consider their pricing to be reasonable, especially with the quality work you get there. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr Jennings and staff, y'all are fantastic. Tom Carson

I love this office because their staff is awesome with my special needs son and to work with him is very hard at times but for some reason when he goes in to their office he is calm and does everything they need him to do. I would recommend them because they are all hard workers and very professional. Thank you everyone for such great work.
