I was a first time patient here and last minute I was needing a root canal, the dentist, Dr. Duffy, and the assistant, I believe her name was Courtney, we’re so nice and able to squeeze me in and stayed longer than their hours just to get my root canal done. They were very patient and kind and took their time with me despite the long time it took. They also checked on me and made sure I was doing okay. I definitely recommend this office. Not only the dentist but the rest of the staff was so kind and helpful to us !

The staff is amazing!!! They treated me like family ☺️ Front desk is very professional and the dentist and the assistants were wonderful and nice. I felt very comfortable during my entire visit. Everything was explained to me throughly and my questions were all answered. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience for me.

I have dentophobia and put off going to the dentist for ten years until I couldn't anymore. These people have taken such good care of me; the gas sedation helps me relax enough to handle getting the work I needed doing. I would highly recommend the staff here.

Overall good experience. I went for a cleaning, then a filling soon after. The dentist was nice and checked often to make sure I was not feeling pain. My only complaint is they aren't open on weekends at all so good luck finding a time that works for you.

I’m so upset they made me go for nothing ! They could have called me to let me know the hygiene doctor wasn’t going to be there! So they didn’t even do a cleaning on me. I also had to get a baby sitter. I’ve been going for years they lost a patient!

AVOID Dr. Shar and Abbeville Dentistry. I have sued her.
I went there yesterday to get a bridge. However, during the procedure, Dr. Shar broke a healthy tooth of mine by mistake. She did not apologize and left her office while I was bleeding and had the worst pain in my life. So, I quickly went to another dentist and they were shocked to see what she did. Breaking my healthy tooth was not the only mistake because the X-rays that the second dentist took revealed that Dr. Shar did not take off the roots of the tooth that she had taken out. So, they referred me to an oral surgeon and I had the first surgery of my life this morning because of her mistake. I have always avoided sedation and surgery but her poor performance resulted in the first surgery of my life. Because she broke my healthy tooth, now I cannot even get a bridge as four teeth will be involved and a bridge will not work. So I need to get two implants. Besides having to pay more than ten thousand dollars for the surgery and the two implants, I lost one healthy tooth and had a surgery as well. I have already hired an attorney and soon she needs to appear at the court. Dr. Shar needs to be held accountable for her horrible action.

Unreliable. My experience in the past is ok. People are nice and friendly but when it comes to commitment. It's not there. My recent experience was, they canceled my appointment and failed to notify me. So I lost money, not them. Why would I waste my time and money, by scheduling an appointment they're not going to keep. Their fix was an "I'm sorry". Well I'm sorry is not going to going to fix my time loss at work. Pitiful. I'll be planning to go somewhere else. This wasn't the first time this has happened.
Update: So I'm being asked to contact them... I already contacted Erica who claimed to be the operating manager for all abbyville dentestry offices. She already apologized but it solved nothing. They have my contact info and if it really mattered to them they could reach me. I'm not wasting any more time and frustration with them.
