One should not have to sit and wait for over 2 hours. An appointment is set for a reason. If you don’t have more than one dentist, stop over booking. You don’t need 30 patients scheduled at the exact time. Poor time management. Not only that, you should never numb a child and then leave them unattended for an hour! I stood in the hallway looking for anyone, and not one person came back by. And your receptionist is hateful!!

Poor customer service!! If I could give negative stars I would! The front desk lady is so rude and is super slooow!!!! She had no sense of urgency and simply seems unhappy with her job!! We waited over 2 hours for a cleaning!!! They tried to reschedule us because of her lack of attention when making the dang appointments we needed cleaning and a cavity filled. After the long wait I was frustrated and unwilling to give any more time there and had to set up another visit. And she still scheduled my return visit wrong! Allington should look for better front desk staff someone friendly and willing to do the job right the first time and not give you attitude... I will be changing my kids dentist office because of the poor service on thier end. Allington do better then that old lady!!

Nightmare. Will not be taken my daughter back. We sat for 2hrs. My daughter's appointment was at 3pm. At 5pm we were still waiting to be seen. They did get a xray done. Then sat daughter and I in a second area. When asked how much longer , No one knew how much longer we would be waiting for my daughter to get her teeth cleaned. I finally had to inform them my daughter is medically fragile and it was time for her Breathing treatment and feedings by G-button. The only thing that said is would you like the reschedule. No! I did not want to reschedule. What a waste of time. When we were walking out the front lobby area there were parents in the waiting area that had fallen asleep waiting on their child or children to be seen.

Doctor Tran and Diana made this visit such a quick, pain free, and enjoyable experience. I Love the results achieved and am so grateful they were willing to take my request on.

Probably the worst place, with poor time management, bad customer service, horrible attitude and just a waste of time! We show up for an appointment and filled out necessary paper work and waited for nearly an hour and a half just to be told that they can’t take us in cause there’s no doctor, was told to reschedule so we when we came back there’s absolutely no need to wait a whole hour just to be called back, and even then in the back wait even longer to get a CLEANING. but we got it done within like 3hrs of being there. So we gave them another chance. We come to our appointment just today, and hoping that everything is going to go well just for it to happen all over again. What a joke. And the lady at the front desk is just irritating, has no sincerity for our time.

I wish there is some respect to the patient they don't respect the time at all i have the bad experience ever with this clinic I'm so disappointed 😞 4 hours waiting in room my kids fall in sleep in room waiting for Dr. and nobody showed up from 2pm till 6 pm waiting and nobody takes care of my kids..

Worst customer service I have experienced yet! Waiting over an hour to verify my insurance that they messed up on just to say I couldn't be seen. What a waste of valuable time!

Was rescheduled twice and second time I showed up 15 min before my appt like they say and confirmed twice last week but was met with hostility and unprofessionalism and rescheduled when I was already up here

Sam and Helinda are absolutely AMAZING!! They have always taken soecial care of my kiddos, and made sure they are very comfortable!!
