This is a very weird place where I never want to go back again and will never recommend anyone to visit.

What I realized that they tried to bill me more money, and they did unnecessarily my X-ray which has been already done by other dentist just 3 months before and submitted to them. They gave me a huge bill to complete all the cleaning and I left them. I talked to Carus dental in San Marcos and they had an appointment available on the same day and visited the carus dental. I completed my cleaning with no cost as my insurance covered everything.

The doctor seem to me very uneducated person.

I had my cleaning and cavities taken care of recently. The staff is friendly and so are the doctors. I trust their recommendations and I keep coming back!

I’m not one to leave reviews like this but I want to give a warning to others. I went in for an annual cleaning (I am new to the city and was looking for a new dentist) and was recommended this place. I showed up for my appointment and it was a very unprofessional experience. To start, I felt like I was being talked down to by certain employees. I was hit in the head multiple times by the rolling tool holder and many tools were dropped on me during the cleaning. I also have never had a more painful cleaning in my life. I was bleeding for hours after. Moving on from that - I was given my treatment plan and was told that I had EXTREMELY severe problems and my final bill would have been $700. They I found this strange because I have kept up with my dentist appointments and I’ve never had issues like this. I was pressured into deciding on the treatment that day and they were told I could do everything in that day. I declined and went to get a second opinion. Well, I just got done getting my second opinion and my mouth is healthy. I have no issues and I was being scammed by this place. It’s so sad that this company tries to instill fear in their patients to get more money. It’s unethical and pathetic. I don’t recommend this place and if you do go here, please get a second opinion.

Dr. Ochoa is the best dentist I've ever had. Not only is she a great doctor, she knows how to engage with her patients. To say that she has a great memory is an understatement. I won't see her for months at a time and she would remember exactly what was going in my life during our last appointment. It feels nice to have someone care, not only about your teeth, but also your life haha. She genuinely is there to care for your overall well-being. I feel very welcomed in this office. Highly recommend

I just want everyone reading this to know you're in good hands with the staff here. Came in with a cracked tooth and the worst never ending pain, and was able to get the proper care and treatment. Dr. Ochoa and everyone were so helpful in listening and direction. I actually felt they had genuine concern for my pain and felt they genuinely truly cared about me. Shout out to Chante Conway who worked diligently in getting me where I needed to be on short notice when it was determined I actually needed to get my tooth pulled! And thank you to the staff at the Lakeway location as well. Dr. Lin pulled my tooth effortlessly with the assistance of Joseph and Vanessa and I also had awesome prep with Shawny. These people genuinely care for you, and they now have my complete trust. This is what you want with a stellar team! Five gold stars!

I have found my new dental practice! My appointment here today with Dr. Lisa Ochoa, Ricky, Taya, et. al. was nothing short of phenomenal. Best dental experience ever, anywhere. After coming from a really bad (6 wk.) ordeal elsewhere, I was desperate to find someone to fix my molar, which had gone through numerous temporary crowns, and two botched permanent crowns, not to mention a couple of failed mouthguard attempts. Incredibly, they gave me a next day emergency appointment.
Dr. Ochoa was gracious, attentive to details, willing and generous to get me the solution I needed to walk out fully whole. Her assistant, Ricky was so personable, knew his stuff, and even took his time explaining the procedural side, which calmed my anxiety. The entire staff was efficient, considerate...simply awesome. I couldn't have dreamed of a better outcome. They are committed to excellence and definitely worth the hour drive!

I had such great experience here. Doctor Lisa and Ricky were super nice and helpful. I only had few days available and they accommodated me all in one visit. Thank you guys!
