He seemed cold and like he really was over it. I don’t know but dental work cost a lot and bedside manner is important. It was like I had to tell him what to do rather than he suggest as the professional. I went alone before bringing my kids and I know this is not a good fit. The hygienist was nice though.

Dr. Hampton and team is amazingly knowledgeable and provide the BEST care for all patients. The doctor and the team strives to get the best results, if you have concerns they will take the time to listen and come up with a plan and execute. Due to this team doing such a great job getting me the best smile, I will never look elsewhere. Dr. Hampton and team are very humble and I will always highly recommend this office to everyone looking for a perfect smile along with a healthy mouth. Dr. Hampton and his staff are extremely friendly, kind and exceptionally great at their jobs! The dentist is not a fun place to be but they do their best to make you feel at home. Every time I go, my experience is positive from beginning to end. Also, they are very understanding of your needs even financially! You can tell it’s not just about the money with Dr. Hampton! This is the best dentist you will find I am 100% sure!

This was by far the best experience ever at a dentist office! The office has such an inviting, cozy feel. Everyone from the front office staff, to the dental assistants, and especially the doctor listen so well and are quick to accommodate you. Dr. Hampton has a conservative and realistic approach to treatment, and put me at ease by listening to literally everything I had to say. Not once did he try to interrupt me, nor did he dismiss any of my concerns. I cannot express how amazing my visit was, but will strongly encourage anyone looking for a dentist to try out Dr. Hampton. Just a wonderful office all the way around!

Dr. Hampton is gentle and cares for people, unfortunately his office staff stays confused especially since the doctor was out on medical leave. The front staff do not communicate with the doctor or his recommendations and can be very short with patients. It is extremely difficult to get your calls and e-mails answered or returned, many times it will take you calling 3 to 4 times and never ask to speak directly to Dr. Hampton because that will not happen. I have been a patient for over 10 years and as of 2 weeks ago I choose to find a new dentist. I am sad to move on however the way I was spoken to by Rochelle and Bailey refusing to have Dr. Hampton call me, I was done. If at all possible have Dr. Hampton himself create and discuss your treatment plan because the office staff will schedule you for something different that was never discussed with the doctor.

Dr. Hampton and his staff provide excellent dental services. They are thorough, professional, and friendly. I had my first painless root canal from Dr. Hampton because of his excellent demeanor and state-of-the-art equipment. His staff greets and treats their patients in a caring manner. I would recommend their services to all my friends and family.

Visiting the Hamptons was a wonderful experience, as promised by my friends. They went above and beyond to truly create a relationship with me by multiple staff member and after leaving I did feel as though I was a valuable member of their community. There was no herding experience, thankfully. Additionally, I heard in the next exam room a woman working with kids, and they were all having a good time. That certainly says worlds to me about the quality of care, when kids are having fun at the dentist. I very much enjoyed this dental experience and would definitely refer Dr. Hampton and his staff to everyone looking for a great dental experience.

The staff here is great! They are very attentive to your needs and concerned about your dental health. I have been a patient since Dr. Hampton arrived and I couldn't be any happier with their services. From my 4 year old daughter, to my teenager son and my husband we all love this office. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist in the Carrollton area.

Supreme customer service!!! Dr. Hampton is very knowledgeable on all aspects of dentistry and he has a superb bedside manner. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend his practice. I will be returning soon!!

I had to go in 2 separate times to just get my teeth cleaned. The doctors weren’t available both times I was scheduled to get fillings so I still need to get them done. Other than that the staff are nice but that’s really the only good thing I can say.
