Want to be treated with dignity, respect, care for you as an individual, and by a team that values your time?

This is the place to get all that and more. The Hamptons team is top notch in every way. Yes, this sounds superlative, but you really cannot ask for more aside from them expanding to offer even more services at the level of excellence and care they deliver in all they do.

I've never had a bad experience with my care or a nasty surprise with my bill, and I have a great new standard by which to measure should I, heaven forbid, ever have to go anywhere else for dental care. If I do have to move away, I hope I can afford to travel the distance it takes to come here for my care.

My first time at this office and the staff was so welcoming and friendly! The were authentic and sincere and I felt very well taken care of. My cleaning went wonderfully and the recommendations Dr. Hampton proposed were what I need. I'm so happy about choosing this practice!

Dr. Hampton was very friendly. However, every time I went into his office for a routine cleaning, he tried to "upsell" his cosmetic services.

Only after I declined cosmetic work, Dr. Hampton said I actually needed a cavity filling for a molar on the right side of my mouth. He did the filling, but more importantly, I had to return to his office two more times for him to fix it (it was loose/cracked). As "compensation" he gave me a free teeth whitening kit. Finally, I took my business to another dentist who had to redo the entire filling.

Dr. Hampton's office makes a trip to the dentist become a fun, relaxing excursion. Carla, Jenny, Amy and Dr. Hampton are warm, welcoming people. I'm sure we've all seen medical offices in which the staff clearly don't want to be there, and their sour attitude makes the appointment a miserable, tense experience. Hamptons Dental is such a contrast to that sort of health care! I left the office grinning and look forward to my next visit.

I've never been to a dentist office like this one. You feel at ease as soon as you step into the office to see how well it is decorated. The staff is very professional. They are very prompt as well. You get a sense that everything is going to be okay when you leave the dentist's chair. I haven't alway taken care of my mouth as I should, but I am confident that I can now with the support of Hampton dental. Thank you.

Dr. Hampton scheduled a root canal procedure for April. I went in and as he was prepping for the procedure he notified me that I would need to have a 2nd root canal done on my back left molar. I thought this was a little peculiar, but trusting his judgment and not wanting to have to come back for a second visit I told him to proceed with doing root canals on my two back left molars. I was not having any pain in either teeth prior to the root canal, but was in excruciating pain for 2 weeks after the procedure. I went back to see Dr. Hampton to determine what the cause of the issue was and he concluded that the crown he put on one of the teeth was causing the issue. He didn't take any X-rays at this time and seemed to go off his gut instinct rather than see if something else was causing the issue. I continued to experience pain for the two weeks after that and returned to Dr. Hampton to determine why I was still in pain. He again adjusted the crown and had me fitted for a night guard to alleviate the pain I was experiencing. At this point I'd spent well over $2,000 for the root canal procedure and night guard.

After no relief and constant pain, I decided to get a referral from a reputable dentist in the Plano area. She referred me to an endodontist to determine what the cause of the issue was. They determined via X-Rays and analyzing my symptoms that there was an infection in one of my teeth that was never treated, the canals were not thoroughly cleaned by Dr. Hampton and the crowns didn't fit my teeth properly. In addition to this, one of the root canals Dr. Hampton performed was unnecessary and the endodontist told me a simple filling would've fixed the problem. My endodontist had to completely redo both root canals and the crowns had to be replaced. The retreatment of the root canal and crowns cost me an additional $6,000 to fix the issues that Dr. Hampton didn't treat.

I wrote multiple letters to Dr. Hampton and called his office for reimbursement for expenses incurred as a result of his malpractice with no response. I only asked that he reimburse me for expenses I incurred for the service he never provided. I've received no response from his office as of today and I've very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and quality of work that Dr. Hampton provided. I've learned my lesson to not let a dentist, especially Dr. Hampton, do something as specialized as a root canal and would recommend anyone go to an endodontist for such procedures.

It seems as though other people have had similar experiences with Dr. Hampton (See Deena L). I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Dental Association about Dr. Hampton's conduct and lack of treatment provided.

I liked Dr Tetali immensely, she communicated clearly and seemed very competent. I made the initial appointment and was advised a deep scaling and tiny filing needed to be done, close to a couple of grand. I advised the office both on making my appointment and the day of, that I’d need nitrous. The dentist is pregnant and cannot be around nitrous but I was informed by Dr. Tetali herself that she would turn it on while the hygienist worked but off for her part to fill a small cavity that would take “10 minutes to fill”. This was fine with me and an appointment was made to return.

The day of the appointment, (1:15 not 8am) after clearing my afternoon and taking an antibiotic premed, the hygienist seemed a little dodgy about the nitrous; first her excuse was that the dentist was pregnant and couldn’t be around it. I told her the plan from my previous visit and she left the room. Turns out that the hygienist found out she may be pregnant and decided not to tell anyone...till now.

I cleared my afternoon, pointlessly took 2000mg of antibiotic, and never received the courtesy of a phone call to cancel my appointment. The deceptive behavior of the hygienist was not only unacceptable and unprofessional but wholly unethical.

Dr Hampton and his staff are amazing. I had a crown fall off at work when I was eating lunch. I also had a 2 pm meeting. They were able to fix it and I was in my meeting by 2:15pm. Thanks for the great customer service.

Spent thousands on clear correct trays w/ Hamptons dental and honestly wish I hadn't. After tons of issues in the beginning, I stopped wearing my trays and essentially gave up. Dental hygienists didn't realize I had some plaque build up beneath one of my incisors. It took a completely different dentist to catch this. The staff were very quick to defend themselves and at no point was a refund offered.

Went this place with dental cleaning and x-ray voucher. After doing X-Ray, they told me that I need deep cleaning. I told them I will come back for that but I just need Teeth Cleaning. They just did some polishing and told me that teeth cleaning could only be done when they do deep cleaning. Seriously, if you don't want to do teeth cleaning, why you mention dental cleaning in the voucher. I just waste my money for just X-Ray. Just giving 1 star for being friendly staff.
