Went to Dr Patel around two yrs. ago to have 2 teeth removed. Was in so much pain afterwards. (Too much to review at the time, would've given 0 stars.) But the cleaning, staff and consultation were great. Had a whole plan worked up for additional work plus dentures. But it was way too painful to even think about :(

Absolutely the best experience one could have at the dentist! Starting with Melissa who took my insurance information to the rest of the staff! Very courteous and caring! The doctor is a perfect gentleman. Presents himself in a very professional manner . Explained the process ro me in detail. Melissa explained the financial part and there were no surprises! This should be a model on how every dentist office performs!

Grand central dentistry is an excellent practice composed of the most talented dentists and kind staff. They are organized and time efficient. After struggling to find a dentist who met my needs and limited schedule, I was elated to have met Dr. Shivani Patel, founder of Grand Central Dentistry. She was very time efficient with her work yet thorough. She identified my dental necessities and took care of me like family. My daughter was a first time patient at Grand Central Dentistry and it was by far a very nervous but yet anxious move from her previous dentist from which she's been a patient there since the age of 2. Dr Patel's office was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The Dr and her staff were informative with every step that was made so that we would feel as if we were part of the examination. The greetings, smiles, assistance, and compassion makes you feel like you are family. I recommend Dr Patel's office to the fullest! Thank you for your hard work and kind gestures!

This office is amazing!!! The front desk ladies are very friendly and thorough checking in and scheduling appointments. For Xrays, the latest technology and even take pictures of your teeth. The doctor listens your concerns, explains everything for you and is very friendly. Last but not least, something I have never seen before in a dental office and blew my mind, a TV on the ceiling with Netflix and other channels you may want to watch while getting dental care. Talking about creativity and innovation! However, due to excellent service you will not enjoy the programs too long. This place is excellent and provide the best customer service I have experienced. I highly recommend it. Thanks Dr. Patel!

Highly recommended Grand Central Dentistry. Dr. Patel always provides step by step explanations of the health of your teeth and all health situations involved as well as the process of treatment. Dr. Patel is very gentle and assures your comfortability. The office and treatment rooms are very clean and equipped with modern day equipment for treatment and your comfort.
