I'm assuming this is a new practice, based on office size and appearance. My husband lost a crown 12/27. I called to get appointment. The girl who answered phone to schedule appt. appeared to be quite inexperienced, but I made appt. My husband got there and immediately felt apprehensive, then the receptionist finished him off, with just not got it. He left. I'm hoping she's new, but surely does not represent methe practice well. Scary.

My son felt very comfortable here. The doctors and staff were all helpful and nice. Dr. Patel instructed my son on his aftercare and answered all of our questions, so we left there feeling confident about what to expect after his procedure. Thank you! We will return to Grand Central Dentistry for our family's dental needs.

The entire staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Shivani was awesome! My comfort was everyone"s goal. I am not a dental fan. Usually takes pain to go to the dentist. My experience was the best dental experience to date!!!! Thank you everyone at Grand Central Dentistry.

I am glad I found a dentist office I can trust. The doctors and staff go above and beyond to take good care. I had some teeth pulled and got implants placed 2 years back. I got my smile back and cannot thank Dr.Patel enough. Highly recommend Grand Central Dentistry.

This place is great! They are all nice n friendly there and very efficient! Just had all 4 of my wisdoms pulled in like less than an hour. No pain! Didn't even realize my teeth were pulled while laying there lol. Had my eyes closed most the time just chilling. Almost fell asleep :P. I been home for about 3 hours now relaxing. Their wait room is very peaceful and they try to do anything they can to help through the process. Go back in a week for a follow up and the cleaning.... My mouth was jacked up bad. Feels way better today after the cutting than they had for over a year. This going to be me and my daughter's dental place for sure!

I have high anxiety coming to dentist,,I dont do well with the sounds of the tools. Sarah does a wonderful job calming me down and very reassuring. Dr. Patel does a great job. The atmosphere is very comforting.

I was happy to find this dentistry outfit near my place of residence and Drs. Taipan and Shivani Patel to be participants in my preferred network. Went for an urgent visit and it led to wisdom tooth extraction. In a couple of days I was feeling like myself thanks to the very quick diagnosis followed by extraction that was very professionally done.

Honest Review
I am very skeptical when it comes to dentist because I read ALL the reviews , including bad ones and some locations give customers something in return for a good review.
My daughter of 18 months and I were taken care of in about an hour or less. This was my daughters first dentist appointment but Dr. Shivani and Terri were really sweet and patient with her. Terri, who listened to all my concerns, has really good beside manner, she made me feel at ease with conversation. Dr. Shivani made sure to ASK about additional procedures rather than be pushy about it as I have experienced before with other dentist. In this whole process I did not feel rushed at all. I would love to give props to Melissa and Terri for taking the time to explain to me the benefits of my dental insurance and out of pocket cost for any other procedures. This dentistry is fairly new so I hope they keep being great as they get fuller with clientele. They also have awesome online services such as filling out forms and scheduling which works out for me since I work full time. I would really recommend this location to anyone.
