We just moved to the area and it was time to find a new dentist. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was absolutely wonderful. I was seen fast and didn’t have to wait long. Elisa was great and fun to talk with. She even explained how to handle follow up cleaning on my Invisalign I had done in my previous state with another orthodontist who did not give me any direction on after care.

My daughter and I are scared of dentists, but daughter needs to have two of her molars taken out. The staff are really nice and understanding, non-judgmental and very very helpful, I feel so glad we found this place, it really made us feel reassured and welcomed.
We will not go anywhere else. for the first time, we left the dental clinic feeling happy and safe.

These ladies are AMAZING! I seriously could not say anything better about them. Started using them with my son once he turned 6 months as he had different insurance coverage at that time than his father and I. My husband was wanting a new dentist for ourselves after our first visit he was so impressed with the care they took with our boy so when open enrollment came this year we made sure to switch to a company that they were in network with specifically so we could start using them for us! Husband just had his first exam and cleaning today and he’s actually looking forward to going back, he’s always dreaded going to his dental appointment now he can’t wait to go get the rest of his stuff done! He can finally eat without pain after 20 years!!

I had the most awful experience at this establishment. The front receptionist was rude and not hopeful at all. Then I had some assistant named Daljit that was so unprofessional, she would stop working to be on her phone. On several occasions she would leave the room to chit chat with coworkers instead of verifying my needs. She was also very rude and gave disgusting looks when I would ask any questions. The actual dentist, was a kind gentleman, he filled me in on any concerns I had and made sure I was doing well. Overall experience I hope this place reevaluates their employees or gives them some kind of customer training experience. I plan on not returning again due to the lack of experience from the staff.

I love my new dentist and that is saying a lot! Victory Smiles impressed me from the moment I stepped through the door. I was greeted instantly and made to feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, putting me at ease in a situation that can be quite anxiety inducing. They were thorough as they explained my X-rays, asked questions so that they could understand my concerns, and they listened to what I had to say. I have been going to the dentist for over 50 years. I really, really wanted to love them based on their reviews but they left my son screaming and crying and in so much pain. It was the most horrifying dental experience we have ever had. They didn’t even call to check on him or anything and just rushed us out of the office so other patients wouldn’t hear and be scared. Very disappointed in our experience, we will not be returning.
