I've been coming to this office for a while now and they by far are the best office in the area. I visited other offices and the customer service was not as good as it is at Cove Choice Dental. Here unlike the other offices I've been to, they go over a plan with me and I get to choose what I want done and when and they don't rush me into anything either. All of my appointments have been on time and I've been highly satisfied with their work.

I have had problems with my teeth all of my life and horrible experiences with different dentists! Dr. Alvi was so careful to make me feel comfortable while pulling 3 of my teeth. Quick response time from staff. Was amazed that they got back to me after hours and within 10 minutes of me reaching out. The staff is very polite and helpful. They offer some really good payment plan and make sure you get the care you need, regardless of cost. Very pleased. Will be back.

Dr alvi and his team are very helpful and know their stuff. They have treated my daughters and have been kind at all appts. I have told everyone about them. The assistant was very good at explaining and so was dr alvi. The check in time was quick and overall appt went well. I have seen another dentist in the area and did not have the best experience. I am lucky to have found Cove Choice Dental. As long as we are in the Copperas Cove area, we will only come here. Also, they are open one Saturday a month which really helps too.

After every procedure done I was in pain weeks later and now a years later still going to another dentist to fix work done. I've been charged for faulty fillings that came out a week later. My husband as well has had the same issues. Now I'm going to pull the tooth that had fillings done. Stay away and tell your insurance company to do the same.
