Always have a pleasant professional experience here. The staff is understanding, professional, and informative. I've been to other dental offices and this one has been by far the best in town. The staff is wonderful thank you for all yall do to make each visit a good one.

I had a very pleasant experience at Cove Choice Dental! The Doctor took the time to explain all of the treatment that I needed, and answered all of my questions. All of the staff from the beginning to the end of my appointment were so helpful. They all made me feel so comfortable and welcome! Excellent patient care! Thank you!!

This dental office is fantastic during my procedure I feel asleep with any anesthesia whatsoever didn't feel any pain and now I am back again to get a deep cleaning on my teeth

The staff is super nice, however myself and my 2 children went in for routine cleanings and exam... the hygienist I had ( I'm not even sure she was one at this point) did not do a normal cleaning, all she did was polish, didn't floss, or do any of the things they normally do with a cleaning and I had to remind her to do fluoride. When the Dentist came in he said I had cavities on a spot I knew I didn't, and said my daughter had no cavities when you could CLEARLY see cavities that needed attention and that were bothering her. I called and requested the x-rays they took be sent over to another office that I scheduled a second opinion, they were never sent , my daughter had 2 cavities that needed filling, and i had NONE. Not impressed. We will not go back and I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Alvi is a true blessing in our lives. Besides being a great dentist, he is a wonderful human being. The staff is so welcoming and both locations are beautifully decorated and clean. We've had an appointment recently for our little one and we felt absolutely safe and well taken care of. Thanks to all of you, specially Farrah for everything you do behind the scenes. ✨🙏🏼 Gratitude.

I moved back to this area in October 2020 from Tyler Texas, My insurance referred me to Cove Choice Dental. I was very impressed with how friendly the front desk and staff was. The dental assistant explained everything she was doing and what she was going to do. I had one major concern and the dental assistant as well as the dentist understood the issue, they both were compassionate and understanding; as well as took a real concern and gave me options of what could be done. They explained everything in a manor that I could understand. When checking out, the front desk reviewed the dental plans with me and gave me costs after insurance. I don’t think I will EVER change dentists.

My family and I have had Dr. Alvi as our dentist for years, and will continue to do so for years to come. We really enjoy our interactions with him and the staff, and appreciate how accommodating they are, the availability of Saturday appointments, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the staff friendly.
I just had an appointment recently, and I am very happy with the precautions taken for our protection during this time of covid-19.

The dental hygienists rushed through a procedure to numb a patient and failed to address her concerns that her mouth hurt after a previous procedure. I would not recommend this location for dental work. They always seem rushed and honestly do not care about the patients. Rushing through the procedure to numb a patient is dangerous and extremely negligent. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else other than this place unless you do not mind dental procedures being done without proper anesthesia.

I chipped a tooth and needed to get it fixed quickly. When I couldn’t reach my own dentist, I began calling random dentist’s offices near me. Several couldn’t get me in for days - some, even weeks. I called Cove Choice Dental on a Thursday afternoon and the receptionist, Crystal, was very sweet and empathetic. She got me an appointment for the very next morning and when I went to the appointments, the facility was clean and Crystal welcomed me and was very professional and courteous. The dental assistant was kind and the dentist himself was professional and efficient. When it came to my actual filling, they worked with my desire to have it done quickly and even allowed me to come the very next morning (Saturday morning) to get my tooth fixed. Costs were reviewed with me and every bit explained and the dentist took care to ensure my tooth looked exactly as I wanted it to - now it’s even better than it was before. I found this office in a pinch, but I plan on returning since it’s closer to home, and the staff was so welcoming and professional.

Reception to start is below average on customer hospitality. When I made my first appointment I was not asked any personal information, i.e. my insurance or personal dental concerns. Upon arrival I waited an hour past my appointment set time to see the doctor. Then I did not even spend 5 minutes with the doctor nor did I have the procedure that I made the appointment for preformed; all I asked was for my teeth to be cleaned since I am pregnant and can not have x-rays at the time. After being seen and no official procedure done, I had to reschedule to come back to have my teeth cleaned a month later.
