Short visit, friendly staff. Due to treatment needed and pain level I was in, I was unable to have a cleaning done but was charged $14 for Fluoride. My dentist referred me to a specialist and seemed very hesitant to prescribe pain pills which seemed odd knowing what type of pain I came in with and she was okay to send me back out with just a referral paper and a price list lol. I do plan to return to complete my treatment.
Update: I went back in for an attempted extraction, due to the known infection from the first visit, my extraction session came to a halt. I was given antibiotics and pain pills.
The following week I went back for my extraction which was successful. Overall, Cove Choice Dentsl is a professional and very clean business. I personally will not go back due to the Dentist not being very talkative, explanatory or welcoming. The fact I had to ask for pain meds as if the level of pain I described meant nothing (wisdom teeth are not a joke), being sent home the first time with a known infection and having to ask for a note for a day off from work and was replied with hesitation (I ended up requesting a day off from my job without a doctor note) after the extraction unfortunately left me with the hint that my dentist was not in the mood each time I went.

This office called and text several times prior to the appointment then called an hour prior to appt to ask us to come in early. So as asked we came in and then got brought back 26mins AFTER the original appt. With covid out they are suppose to be taking precautions with their scheduling and not seeing pt after pt right after another letting the rooms aerosol from the previous pt go down and they aren't. And they are doing treatment next to us in an open bay not protecting others in the office. Whats the point of wearing ppe if you just jumped from pt to pt and think just changing your gloves will suffice?

I've recently visited cove choice dental for my root canal procedure. The doctor and the staff is amazing. They did an amazing job on fixing my root canal...finally i'm pain free. I will continue going there for my regular dental cleanings and checkup!!!!👍
