After searching for quite some time for a great dentist, we found Dr. Smith. It was very apparent from our very first visit with Dr. Smith that we had finally found our family dentist. He is very personable, caring and listens to your concerns. His entire staff, from the hygienist to the receptionist, are very friendly, professional and make you feel so comfortable.

If you are looking for a great dentist and a comfortable atmosphere, Dr. Smith will fit your needs.

My husband went to Dr Smith a few years ago, then his work insurance changed and we were not in network. Recently my husband had a dental emergency and Dr Smith office got him in. Staff and all were great. Helped to see what needed done and refured us to a specialist for the teeth extractions. Husband's company is changing hands and looking like he can go back to Cross Roads Dentistry. My husband's glad as he does not like dentists

Dr. Smith and staff...where have you been all our life....? .After searching for a good dentist that we could trust and feel comfortable with, we finally found Dr. Smith.. The office staff are welcoming and very professional, the dental hygienist are super to say the least and Dr. Smith is quite knowledgeable in dentistry and honest . We are very picky about doctors/dentists and I would highly recommend this dentist as he and his staff met all our criteria. Thank you Dr Smith and staff for making my dental appointments a positive experience.... Schneider family

Dr. Smith is a young man who reeks of friendly confidence and he runs a happy shop.
The place is clean, cool and relaxing. The people who work there are professional without being stuffy or condescending.

Dr. Smith knows what he's doing and he will never try to sell you unnecessary work.My wife was told by another dentist that she needed extensive, costly gum work. Joe said simply, "No. Looks good to me." And he was right. She's fine.

He replaced my broken front tooth with no fuss, no pain and for half what I expected to pay.

This guy and his staff are keepers.

Dr. Smith and his staff took excellent care of my husband. He was more than a little stressed about having his care done. . They put him at ease and quickly took care of his teeth with minimal pain. The staff is friendly and helpful and the office extremely clean and comfortable. Looks like we have a new dentist.

Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Smith for orthodontic procedures. She went in wary and more than a little nervous. He made sure that her experience was a comfortable one. She looks forward to her monthly visits and coordinating her 'bands' with her clothes. Her smile is beautiful and she lights up a room. Thank you to Dr Smith and his staff for fantastic service!

My 5 year old son was injured at after school care this week. He's front teeth were pushed back from a fall on playground equipment. I called Dr. Smith office 5 mins before they closed & told them about the situation. The office staff didn't hesitate & told me to come right in. They all stayed late to help my son have his front teeth removed. Dr. Smith was very gentle & did a great job explaining everything to my 5 year old old. I'm very greatful for Dr. Smith & his wonderful staff! I highly recommend his office! Thank you for taking such good care of my family, the Denson's!

I have been a regular patient for over 8 years and am very pleased with the services I have received from Dr. Joe Smith and his staff. They take a personal interest in my dental health and treat me more like a friend than a patient. I would recommend them to anyone.

While Dr. Smith is great, the receptionist and staff are awful. I had my first appointment in February where my experience with the receptionist was less than pleasant. However, I wrote this off as someone who might be having a bad day. I scheduled my 6month appointment that day which they called to confirm today. When I politely told the receptionist that I would need to reschedule, her response was "Seriously. Are you seriously rescheduling??" Taken aback, I said yes - to which she responded with sighing and groaning. I hung up on her and sent an email asking for management to call me whenever possible. The woman's response after telling her all of this was, "Well, she is Dr. Smith's mother". I asked why that mattered? Customer's don't need to be talked to that way. She said, "Well I'm sorry you feel that way, but she isn't going anywhere." I explained that I don't want her to go anywhere, just to treat people with respect and to recognize that we all have lives and teeth cleaning isn't at the top of the priority list. My husband and I both work full time, are full time MBA students, own a business, and are disabled veterans with frequent VA appointments - which is why I needed to reschedule this appointment to begin with. Without acknowledging a word I had just said, she said "is there anything else I can do for you?" Needless to say, my husband and I will not be returning to this office. Which is unfortunate because we both really like Dr. Smith and his wife Dr. Berube.

I won't be returning to Crossroads Dentistry because they sent me a bill that I have to pay after me calling prior to my appointment to verify that I was in network and they honored my insurance for the 3 yearly cleanings. This is not like I have been treated with other dentist since they accept my Delta Insurance. I'm very disappointed.
