I’ve been going to them about three or four years now, and I’m very pleased with everything. I’ve always gone to high quality dentists and I feel I am in good hands at Twin Family Denistry.

I wanted to support them since they are twins but it feels very impersonal over the last few years. It's very hard to schedule with them and feels generally like if there is a need for flexibility they just simply don't care.
The office is nice and the hygienists are nice but I'm not going to the dentist to check a box.
It feels like they could absolutely care less if I come there, they don't really care if they can't see you for months at a time.

So, I have not seen a dentist in awhile, I was so nervous. The hygienist was so mean and rude she was fussing at me, probing in my mouth angrily. I cried I was embarrassed and hurt at the same time needless to say I was wounded. When I came to twins I was uncontrollably guarding my feelings and pride. But after visiting the staff they were just refreshingly down to earth. You would have never known how good or bad my teeth were jus by the way they talk and treated me. My experience was the best I've ever had at a dentist office. I want to say thanks from my heart for an excellent experience you guys have something special here, keep up the good work 5 star staff community working here.!

The Doctors are so friendly and welcoming, they greet you with the biggest of smiles and make you feel right at home. Everyone there is extremely friendly and sweet from the front office to the staff in the back. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to helping you understand the treatment needed for a healthier mouth. I enjoy every visit, they are so gentle when it comes to treatment it really has helped knock out my fear of dentistry.

Went to have a crown replaced. Both doctors are on my dental insurance (Delta), so I get the best pricing whenever I need to do something with my teeth. They refer to the best endodontist when I needed a root canal. Totally pain free. Very happy with their work.

Seems weird to love a Dentist office right? I know it is....
Truth is as a 45 year old guy who had braces put on at 42 It made sense to find a caring and attentive dentist that would help me maintain the investment in my smile. (the money I spent on my teeth I could have bought a nice motorcycle)
Dr. Nooraee and Dr. Gandy are the pinnacle of dentistry, the office has state of the art technology, SUPER sweet staff and convenience is their specialty. (I don't know who my dentist is as they really are twins) I think I like them both though.
This review also needs to mention Kay (best hygienist EVER) my most favorite person there, I have spent most of my time with her and there is no one better. NO ONE!!! Seriously, Kay is super professional and dedicated and truly cares about me keeping up (yes Kay I am trying to floss more) my smile.
Look you have to take care of your teeth why not go somewhere where people make you feel good about doing it?

We think the doctors are nice, but the hygienists are usually rough. We had wonderful ones in our previous hometown, they were so gentle, but they still got our teeth clean. The hygienists at Twins are not gentle at all and now we dread going to the dentist!

Dr. Gandy ia a dentist with not just great professional skills, but a compassionate one as well.
Never enjoyed going to the Dentist, but she has certainly changed my mind, always a big plus for the patient who dreads having dental work done.
Would highly recommend her to friends and family.

Update: It's been about 4 days and it's safe to say my last visit resolved the issue!!! Idk what that stuff is that they use to cover your teeth at the end when you get a filling but it turns out that is definitely all that was needed. I'm a happy camper :-)
Even more kudos is that the team remained professional and courteous to me after my review. I truly do appreciate it.

Deceptive Billing practices. Patients Beware. Up charging without your knowledge.
We have Guardian dental insurance and chose this office as it has a new location in our neighborhood and is in network. My daughter had her teeth cleaned and was told she had 3 cavities. She returned for her fillings, signed a treatment plan and paid our portion of the services as requested by the staff. We received our EOB as expected then 2 months after her services a bill from the office. No details just charges minus payments from insurance adding up to an extra $80 charge not on the EOB’s. Per the billing staff, they added a “desensitizer” to her fillings. In addition, they do not bill the insurance for the “desensitizer”. I told her you never mentioned an $80 up charge that is not covered by insurance, and asked, why did they not charge us or mention it at the time services were rendered? Her response was my daughter signed the treatment plan.
Bottom line, regardless of how great the dentists may be that own this office they have decided they cannot make enough money providing medically proven dental treatments they were taught in school to earn a living so adding extra charges to your bill without explaining that these extras are NOT covered by insurance or medically necessary appears to be acceptable. $80 cash x just 100 patients with cavities is great extra cash flow. Just not very ethical.
