What a fabulous experience!

Very efficient new patient processing and booking, and despite having an afternoon appointment, I was seen on time.

The staff are all personable and professional, and all of my needs and concerns were addressed knowledgeably and in a way that didn’t make me feel awful about neglecting my dental health for more time than I care to admit 😅

It’s a very comfortable clinic. I have pretty high dental anxiety after years of dental issues as a kid; that pretty much melted away after a few minutes chatting with the staff. They are all so friendly and go out of their way to ensure patient comfort.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m looking forward to my scheduled dental work 😂. I can see why this practice was highly recommended!

A nice, clean friendly office. The Dental Hygienist I had was very professional & very likeable. We were done in no time with the cleaning & x-rays due to her great personality & making u feel at ease. I saw different Dentist today than normal & she was very nice & professional too.

This was my first visit to Heritage Family Dentistry, and I am not a person who loves going to the dentist at all. However, the team made the experience amazing. The hygienist was super thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist was very timely and friendly as well. I dreaded having to switch dentists because of an insurance change, but they made the transition really easy. I would highly recommend Heritage Family Dentistry to my friends and family and actually look forward to my next visit!

All staff members are very attentive and friendly. It has been about year since I started coming here and I've never felt disappointed. I would introduce and suggest Heritage Family Dentistry to all my friends and family, matter in fact I just brought my mom to get her cleaning done. She didn't feel any pain compare to the other dentistry and she now wants to continue coming here. Special thanks to Dr. Drinkwater for her professional treatment and thoughtful advice for the future care plans based on the best interest for us. I could tell she cares a lot of her patients and make sure they are comfortable. Impressively, I have seen some rude patients here but even then she and the staffs were very respectful and professional.

Dr. Nguyen talks fast and works faster. He gave me multiple recommendations for treatment yet allowed me the option to ignore him and proceed however I saw fit. Needless to say, his expertise was made clear in our conversation. I was quickly convinced to take his recommendation and I do not regret it. Also, I'm always mad nervous at a dentist's office and his cute dental tech had a great vibe and made me feel more comfortable than I thought possible. If I didn't live in St. Louis, I'd for sure come back here any time I needed to.

I have been Dr Nguyen’s patient for over 10 years. In my opinion he’s is the best dentist that ever worked on my teeth (I’m 68). He has a great ability to assess a patient’s situation and quickly decide on the best course of treatment. I enjoy listening to his process and trust him 100%.
The rest of the dental staff and office staff have always been friendly and supportive.
I will give today’s example: I thought one tooth, an implant, finally took hold. I went to Heritage for my semi-annual checkup. Dr.Nguyen told me the work had not taken well and we would have to try again. That’s when I told him I was leaving the area in less than 2 weeks. He went into his quick/think mode and came up with a plan to do the initial start over work and then leave it up to my new dentist which of two options to pursue. I am fully versed on what they are and why each one should be chosen. I will be back in for that work in 3 days. If airfare wasn’t so expensive I’d commute to Heritage for my dental work. Been coming to this practice for years. The office staff and hygienists are very pleasant to interact with. I have also found Dr Nguyen to be honest and highly skilled in his profession. I recommend this practice for dental needs.

Dr. Nguyen is not only a great dentist, but he is also a great person. We love him as our family dentist and appreciate all the care and patience he gave to our 94 year old cousin when she was having problems with her dentures. (Her prior dentist had already given up!).

Went in to get my teeth scan for a retainer. Front desk staff was great and super nice. The staff member who scan my teeth was super nice and kept checking in on me to make sure I was OK. Overall, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The appointment was quick and thorough.

I love Heritage Family Dentistry! They are always very punctual getting me at the time
of my appointment, the full staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, the dental hygienists are fast but thorough and I fully trust all of their dentists. My wife is switching to Heritage as well.
