I have never "loved" going to the dentist but the whole staff here makes you feel like you are family! Even my kids who are 4 and 6 like this Dentist! I Would definitely recommend this office if you are looking for a good dentist!

This dentist does NOT care about giving excellent standard of care, her FIRST priority is her GREED for Money. She will "used car salesman" you for an hour trying to convince you that you need to let her perform procedures that you may or may NOT need. It is ALL about the money in our meetings, before and after EVERY patient is seen. They will consider you in a negative way if you don't agree with them.
She and her husband Jon Nguyen, MD forces their staff to attend training through their consults MGE Training out of Clearwater, FL. Though they tell you you are not being taught anything Scientology----the training classes are at the Clearwater, FL flagship location of Scientology. If you disagree with going to these classes; you are NOT allowed to work there. She have (for the taking) booklets in 3 languages titled, 'The Way to Happiness', written by L.R. Hubbard, the creator/founder of Scientology displyed in her reception area.
Their kids attend week long training classes at the same location studying Dianetics---also written by Hubbard and GOD knows what else these kids have to go through without their parents being present with them.
Be aware of doing business with Jon Ngyuen, MD General Surgeon and KimCuc Vo, Dentist. These people will not disclose to you truths.
Call the church of Scientology and ask for a dentist or surgeon in the Cypress area and you will be given their names.

Okay let me start of by saying that me saying I hate the dentist is putting it lightly. I just have terrible memories and experiences at the dentist. I was told I had a to get a tooth extracted and a root canal. When I heard that my heart basically hit the floor, but I wasn't surprised. I neglected my teeth for a long time due to my fear of the dentist. I was sweating bullets and dying inside but Dr. KimCuc Vo was absolutely amazing. Her and her dentist assistant work like a well oiled machine.They made sure I understood everything that was happening and why it needed to happen. I was trying to prepare myself for the intense pain but it never came!! I was so shocked and please with my experience. I would recommend Dr. Vo to anyone and everyone and I will continue to go to her. The office is also flawless and very welcoming. You won't regret going to her!
