The staff at Dentist at Rock Creek is so friendly and personable! I was greated by Blanca the Treatment Coordinator and she looked up my Dental Insurance plan and walked me through my out of pocket expenses and told me what treatments I would be done an suggested what the Doctor recommended for me. The staff did a very thorough job with my cleaning/exam and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. After the visit my teeth and look much better. The Doctor explained to me why it's important to follow a good dental hygeuine routine in order for me to have healthy strong teeth. Well be coming back and bringing my wife.

I’ve always been fearful of going to the dentist since I was a child, mostly because of the lack of empathy I felt I received during my treatments after I mentioned my exposed root pains. Because of the lack of “care” I received from dentists in the past I quick going for several years and only after experiencing a bridge issue did I stumble upon Dr. Vo’s office and I’m glad I did! She took special care to take time cleaning around the areas I mentioned were pain points for me and I can truly say I’ve never had a better experience. Besides the root issue I mentioned previously, she does some sort of magic jaw wobble as best as I can tell that gives her this ability to administer shots with very little to no pain! The staff is always wonderful and answers all of my questions without apprehension. If you’re someone that is reluctant to go to the dentist like I was then you probably just need a better dentist and Dr. Vo is that person. Highly recommend 6/5 stars!

When you go to a dentist office or a doctor office, what is the most important thing you expect? to me, that is the level of care, responsiveness, quality of service and the works given to you, in all, you expect quality care for your teeth and your health. I can definitely say my expectation is well met at this location, the dentists and the staff take good care of my teeth, and my kid's teeth. Besides, the facility is clean, the tools and equipment are new and modern, the protocols are professional, and you know that your dental wellness and that of your family members are in the good hands. I would recommend.

This is the best Dentist and the reception ladies are wonderful. You feel at home immediately. Dr KimCuc have years of experience. We moved to the Cypress area and my 13 year old daughter was in the treatment for braces. Dr KimCue was very compassionate and took the case over to help my daughter.
