Smile Avenue Family Dentistry of Cypress

Smile Avenue is one of the most top tier dentistry’s. I love the high tech and the lovely staff. Very friendly clean and caring.

Called in after tooth broke, knew that I needed either a root canal and crown, or a extraction. Specifically stated that I wanted this fixed when I came in for appt. However as i was there, I was Told I was Set up for a “limited examination “ not for fixing. Once we came to the exact conclusion I already stated, then they give me the treatment plan for the same stuff. Cool. I’m game, wanted to think on weather I paid cash, or utilized care credits 12 months no interest.
Oddly enough, they wouldn’t schedule the appt for having work performed. Without payment upfront. This rubbed me the wrong way, nothing was needed to be ordered, but I do Need to schedule this time off from work, and was not prepared to pay right then and there, I wanted to think over which was was best, just bought a home and don’t know If I want to use my actual credit or the cash. Since it was a week away, I figured I’d have time to think. But not being able to schedule the appt, made me feel a little off, so I didnt at all.,plus the bait and switch for diagnosis. I stated Before setting the appt what my expectations were, however, they skirted around that, I get it, but My time is valuable

Terrific experience my hygienist Jen was friendly and was very informative. She did a terrific job cleaning my teeth.

The staff was beyond wonderful. They made me comfortable and really took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. I love it here!!!

Everyone was super helpful, informative, and friendly. Jen was my dental hygienist and was very patient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable.

Going to the dentist is my absolute least favorite thing to do. But Smile Avenue Family Dentistry of Cypress was a whole new experience for me . The staff made me feel like I was their most important patient offering me a warm blanket and making sure I was comfortable in every way. There was a TV on the ceiling that I watched to help keep me distracted during dental procedures. Jen cleaned my teeth and I have to say it is the best and most gentle cleaning I have ever had. Educating me on ways to better care for my gums was so helpful. Thank you, Jen! Dr. Piha was so positive and fun to talk with. He gave me his full attention and offered a thorough review on the status of my teeth with pictures that we could see together. My caseworker, I think her name was Vic was so sweet and explained what my insurance covered so there were no surprises at checkout. This is the best dental experience I have ever had!

Jen did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth today. She gave me helpful education on dental hygiene. It was a positive experience!!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Smile Avenue! Dr. La & Aliana were fantastic; they explained my treatment plan thoroughly. Office staff was welcoming and provided helpful information. I didn’t feel rushed or

pressured and am actually looking forward to returning soon!!

The entire team is phenomenal! So pleased and privileged to be a patient. Dr. Piha and Taylor are always personable and professional addressing my dental needs with exceptional care.
