Jen is great! I Recommend her!
I usually don’t write reviews but after having a great experience at Smile Avenue, I definitely thought it deserved one! Everyone(the staff, hygienist and the doctor) were knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. You also get to watch Netflix while your cleaning is done which I thought was amazing😊. Not going back to my old dentist or any other dentist after the experience here.

Jen was very sweet and professional. She was very knowledgeable with suggestions to help me maintain my healthy gum and teeth care at home. Jen went as far as to have me search for items online while I was at the office for me to screenshot the toothpaste, mouthwash she suggested for me. She was specific on the flossers that have wax on them that glide in between my teeth for better cleaning. She did this gum massaging after my cleaning that felt nice and soothing. Thanks Jen for your service.

Jen was a very skilled and attentive hygienist. She did a thorough cleaning and educated me well on next steps for my home dental care and even showed me the items that I would need to purchase to continue tending to my gum health. She flosses rather hard, but honestly, every hygienist/dentist I’ve seen has done so, so no worries there!

This was my first time at the office and I was going in for an emergency. From the email to the text messages, the cleanliness and very modern office to the staff everything was great. I actually feel good about going back .I was cold in the office and they gave me a blanket and warm neck pillow with aroma therapy oils in it while I waited. The doctor explained to me the best method for caring for my tooth and even explained the best course of action in the future- which I appreciated. Vic processed my paper work and was great to worth with as well, she made sure I didn’t have any questions. I can update to 5 stars once my procedure is actually completed.

Jen the Dental Hygienist was very helpful in explaining the proper procedures necessary to keep my teeth in good shape. She definitely made me feel extremely comfortable during the cleaning process and I felt comfortable with her through out my whole visit. I definitely recommend asking for her and for Dr. Piha, he too is A1 knowledgeable and informed me of the steps needed and realistic goals to get that perfect smile I am wanting.
