I've been coming to Downtown Dallas Dentistry for dental emergencies and routine cleanings for the past 5 years and I don't plan on stopping.
The wait time in non-existant. The cleaning is thorough and efficient. There is free parking which is truly amazing given the downtown location.
My favorite part of coming here, though, is how each person makes my visit so personable and welcoming! They really take the time to know and understand you. They don't push products or shame you for the state of your teeth (one day I'll have flossing be a routine). Instead, they make sure you're informed of what they're suggesting and why, fully respecting whatever decision you want to make.
Dr. Stutsman and his staff truly go above and beyond to make teeth cleaning not feel like an inconvenient chore but rather a pleasant way to spend time with people that genuinely care about ou!

Dr. Stutsman and my hygienists, Margaret, were amazing! Throughout my examination and cleaning, they made sure I was comfortable and informed. I completed all my paperwork using their digital intake which meant I had no waiting or clipboards to fill out up on arrival. I will be recommending Dr. Stutsman and his team to anyone asking for a dentist in Dallas.

Highly recommend! Dr. Steve and his entire staff were caring and professional. From the time I arrived they went the extra mile to see that I was relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Steve is incredibly caring and gentle. His office uses the most advanced equipment. It was necessary for me to be referred to a specialist and Dr. Stutsman completed the referral and forwarded my chart before I left the office. He is the best! My family and I will use him for all our dental needs!

Was wonderful and very comforting to be back to this practice, after a long absence due to medical and family obstacles. The office, facilities and tools are all first class, as is the support staff. Angela and Mindi were personable, efficient, & caring and on point with all their responsibilities, while making me feel comfortable and confident. Dr. Stutsman is still the same phenomenal dentist, only change is his practice staying up to date with new dental technologies and advances. He is thorough and explains all concerns and options in an easily understandable manner. Beyond being a top shelf dentist, there is not a better man I have had the good fortune to be associated with. He is the epitome of what all dentists should strive to be, and highest rating is accompanied by the man that he is, and practice he maintains.

I'm 28 y/o and have been to plenty of dental offices in different states but this is by far the best experience I've had. Went today for an exam/cleaning and the service was outstanding. The staff treats you very well, they are super professional, and Dr. Stutsman takes a good amount of time to explain everything and to answer any questions you might have. Never felt rushed (like I have with other providers), had a very thorough exam and teeth cleaning and they don't push for additional services (like many other providers do). I just wanted to take a second to thank all of Dr. Stutsman staff and say that I appreciate your service and will definitely be back! :)
