Dr. Tran was very helpful in getting my Invisalign braces fixed. Apparently, the original sets I had ordered were going to end up putting gaps into my teeth but no one had ever explained that to me. But when I met with her for the first time after she took over the practice, she let me know about the gaps and I let her know that was unacceptable. Those trays were also terribly painful to wear. So Dr. Tran worked with the people who make the trays and got a proper set for me. They won’t make gaps in my teeth while straightening them and they don’t hurt anymore either! Thanks for the excellent dental care!

I went to Energy Square Dental for a cleaning and a check up. I had a great experience! The staff was very pleasant and professional. Cindy and Diane at the front desk were very helpful and caring.
Before my cleaning, I had a checkup with Dr Bill. He is a friendly man and checked for everything…teeth, gums, cancer screening, and gave me information that I did not know before…and options about my mouth. He gave me his professional opinion about problems I have and suggested a solution, but he did not pressure me into anything. He asked me to think about it.
Then, I got my teeth cleaned by Juli , the hygenist.. what a good job she does!…it was clear to me that she has a passion for what she does, and wants to help you as much as she can with making your gums healthy and your teeth look better. I have been back for two follow up visits as I had some serious issues with my gums, and each visit has been a pleasant as the first….and my gums are soooo much better! No more pain!

This is probably the best dental office I have ever been to. They are always nice and smiling when you come in. They are never rude about anything.They explain to you what is going on with your teeth with terminology that you can relate to. They also make sure you understand the process that your teeth will going through. They also do what you request no matter how small to make sure that you are satisfied with your teeth. Did I fail to mention the head orthodontist comes to greet you anytime you are in the office. Their service and delivery on promise of excellent teeth beats any competition in the Dallas Metroplex!!
