I love this place. You are going to spend as much time as the work you need. Not anytime in the lobby or waiting. They get right to it and knock out the work. And are gentle and informative at the same time. Admin girls are just as great as the dentist and assistant. Hygienist is beyond amazing. My teeth never felt better and I was in and out in an hour after two years of no cleaning. Highly recommend!

I recently Epic Family Dentistry and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was thorough and professional. I appreciated the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure my comfort during the appointment. The office was clean and the equipment appeared to be up-to-date. This office is amazing!! Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff is friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. I had an issue with an insurance claim and Katie did a wonderful job of following up and ensuring it would get taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Elizza & her staff where the best. Blood pressure was up and they waited for it to come down. Best deep cleaning I have had in a long time. Can’t beat the staff and value here.

I have been searching for a Dentist since relocating to Texas, and I was searching online and came across Epic family dentistry; I booked my appointment on a Thursday and they got me in Friday.

The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming & I love the fact that the hygienist explained everything from the tools he was using to what effect it would have on my teeth.

I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who’s looking for a great dentist.

My son and I have been going to this dentistry for years the office staff is top notch. They truly going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of from start to finish. The Doctors are so personable and make sure that you feel like comfortable and understand everything. We couldn’t have chosen a better place! Thank you guys for all that you do!

I came in for the first time after my mom recommended the place. I traveled from Puerto Rico and I can't believe how difference is the consult. They were super professional and very respectful explain me all the procedures. They difference in the procedures were big they have the last technology to work for. I can said that I dont feel any pain, that every procedure was perfect, the clinic super clean and all the personnel were and are super professional and empathic, they will help you in any case that you need. My tooth are in perfect shapes and I will definitely come back to every appointments including when I Have to travel they are amazing

I had an amazing experience at Epic Family Dentistry in Carrollton. Their staff is so welcoming and friendly the moment you walk in. The Office Manager Afsaneh is the sweetest and so professional. She takes the take to stop and say hello and ask how you are doing. I also like how they show you all the details and pricing of your dental visit. I would highly recommend!

Very welcoming and friendly front staff. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. The dentist was very nice and informative. They explained very well what was going on. I will defiantly recommend Epic Dental to my family and friends.

I originally gave this office a 5 star review. I can’t leave that review up without updating because I’m truly mind blown by the experience i just had. Dr. Shin does great work but he is no longer there full time. I was trying to get a single crown replaced and it became a two month ordeal in which the office or the lab lost my impressions twice and I had to come redo them. Then when my crown came in a different dentist was there. He said the tooth didn’t fit and Marissa who works in the front didn’t agree with him. When he was out of the room she said he was wrong and when she was out of the room he told me she was wrong. He took new impressions for a new crown. She refused to send those in because she believed the tooth fit and that they needed to trim back my gum and wanted me to get back on the schedule with Dr. Shin. I honestly think Dr. Shin would have disagreed with her but he is so difficult to track down that I don’t want to start over with him. Not to mention I don’t trust her to be the in between. Ultimately I got a second opinion and they agreed the tooth would not fit and to never trim back gum. It was jarring to see her directly go against the dentist and ultimately led to me getting a refund and I am starting this process over elsewhere. My two positives are 1. They refunded me really quickly. And 2. Dr. Shin is truly very good at his work. But he is only there once a month. I don’t intend this review to be a reflection on his work but rather a reflection of how disorganized and unprofessional this office is at best. Honestly might not even be the whole office. Might just be this one employee that I dealt with.

I busted my teeth on a Friday night. I called around and Epic was able to get me in first thing on Saturday! Dr. Shin even has a flight to catch but squeezed me in anyway! I have switched to using them as my main dentist because I was so well taken care of. Shout out to Marissa who has calmed me down more than once while going through root canals and new front teeth. She always helped make me feel more calm and now I have pretty new teeth! Highly recommend!
