If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They will trick you into wasting your money on procedures and plans that you do not need. All they care about is selling some insurance policy so that you will succumb to getting an extensive cleaning or procedure that you never needed in the first place. And they don't know anything about this so-called policy and not have answers to your questions, forcing you to sit and wait to make decisions based off the minimal information they provided. Absolutely horrible and condescending practice. They do not care about their patients, only filling their pockets.

Dr. Santillan is the best dentist I have ever been to. She went above and beyond to help me. Her staff were exceptionally professional and helpful. She took her time to explain the procedure in detail and the whole treatment was done in a very skilled manner. She is very knowledgeable, and I never felt any pain during the procedure. She was available to me for post procedure questions, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She made me feel very comfortable, and I highly recommend her office. I also had a chance to meet with her associate Dr. Yost, another amazing dentist at this office that makes you feel like family. Their Hygienist Zumra is the kindest and most gentle hygienist I had the pleasure to meet. Going to the dentist is something I worry about, but with this wonderful team, it something that I look forward to. Thank you all.

My prior wisdom teeth extraction was a smooth process, but the cleaning and exam with Trina and Dr. Santillan for me and my son, was absolutely great! We were in and out and explained each step thoroughly!

My experience at Northeast Dallas Dentistry was superb! They went over and beyond in providing excellent care and plus took great care of me as a new patient. I love Dr. Santillan! She was very thorough and really took the time to explain things about the health of my mouth. She was super friendly and did everything possible in making sure my experience was positive. Zumra, "The Best Hyginest" was fantastic. She did an amazing job throughout the cleaning process! She even checked in on me to make sure I'm doing okay, which was so nice. I can't thank them enough for an amazing experience and looking forward to many more visits and check-in to come!

If I could rate this practice more than 5 stars, I would! From when I walked into the door, Marisol and Davian greeted me with happy welcoming smiles at the front desk. The dental assistants Ke and Tanner worked with me for both of my Invisalign visits and they were so cheerful and welcoming as well. Dr. Santillan is my dentist and she is such a gentle, kind hearted, and knowledgeable person. She consistently checked up on me to make sure I was okay while she was operating and it was super comforting! My hygienist Katrina is super sweet and gentle as well!! Everyone in the practice is incredibly caring and professional. I can’t wait for my next visit :D

So glad to have finally found a dental practice in Dallas that inspires confidence! The previous dental practice I visited made me seem like "just another patient" and I felt like I was rushed on. This one however is full of care, professionalism, and just so friendly. They walk you through every step they take and make sure everything is okay. The rooms and equipment are clean and well kept, and the staff are the best at what they do!
