Been twice and everyone you come into contact with will have an awesome attitude! Zumra (sorry if I butchered the spelling lol) was so easy to talk to and did an awesome job on my cleaning! Gentle hands and thorough work! I lit couldn’t recommend this dentist office enough!

The ladies at Northeast Dentistry are awesome! After not going to the dentist for a couple of years, this was the perfect reintroduction experience. Thank you Dr. Yost and the rest of stuff for taking such great care of me. See you in June!

If I could give the staff of this office 20 stars, I would but for now, I'll have to settle for giving them 5. I have always been terrified of the dentist but after visiting Northeast Dallas Dentistry, I feel much more at ease about dental visits. EVERYONE from the receptionist to the dental assistant, the hygienist, and of course Dr. Santillan was so pleasant and they made me feel a level of comfort I've never experienced with any dental visit. The level of hospitality here is just beyond amazing. Dr. Santillan was so sweet and kind and she was very thorough at explaining everything to me in regards to my x-rays, the work that was needed that day and in the future and when she did the work, she made sure I was more than comfortable. Ms. Zumra was so gentle and thorough with my cleaning. I walked out of there feeling as though I had an entire new set of teeth and gums...lol. She was so sweet and very cautious and caring. I really had the best experience with this dental office. Kudos to everyone on the team...you all are awesome.

Santillan and her team are a well oiled machine that communicate with each other and the patients.
I knew what I was paying for and what steps were being taken to work on my teeth.

This was my first visit and it was a very good experience. Dominique was very helpful and had such a pleasant attitude. She went above and beyond to help me. My dentist, Dr. Olivia Santillan was very thorough and took her time explaining my treatment.

I went in to pickup my mouth guard today and was helped by Lila. There were a couple complications with the guard fit, but Lila was quick to make any adjustments to get the fit to my liking. We ultimately decided to start a new mold, but Lila made the whole process as quick and painless as possible. Great staff, and always a good experience regardless of the situation.

I am particular with my teeth due to having a lot of dental work done (braces, bone graph, implant, veneer). My husband and I recently moved here and were new patients. We walked into the office and waited about 10 minutes to be checked in, no biggie. I had xrays done (the most angles I’ve ever had taken), had actual pictures taken of my teeth, and then taken to a cleaning room. The dentist came in and reviewed my xrays with me, looked and graded my gums and went over those results too. She recommended a normal cleaning. Then the front desk lady checked my insurance to ensure my insurance covered it. For my xrays and cleaning I owed $0. (Finally, insurance pays off!)
My dental hygienist was very sweet and gentle. My cleaning was done pretty quickly and my teeth felt great!
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, and that they reviewed my insurance before proceeding with the cleaning. We will definitely be back, glad we found a dentist in our new location.

Don't get me wrong, my 1st visit went great. I now am at my 2nd visit, waiting to get a tooth pulled. I've been here since 11:30, now it's 1:00 and still waiting. Was told that nothing could be done but wait. Get timing of ur surgeries, on track, it's not my fault for not scheduling correctly. The people in front of me, has been waiting longer then me. With that said, I'm already, suffer anxiety, just coming to the dentist. I know things happe.n

My experiences with Northeast Dallas Dentistry have been amazing! The staff is so friendly and accommodating every step of the way. I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out, and each time I had questions about anything prior to and after the procedure, they were always available to assist me with whatever I needed. I have recommended this dentistry to several friends and will continue to do so!
