This place is awesome. I found out about them via Internet and decided to schedule a appointment. When i arrived they were so friendly and made me fee ver comfortable with their 5 Star customer service. Once they took x-Rays they explained to me the cost what all I needed to make sure my teeth was Healthy!!! I would definitely tell anyone who needs dental work to visit Northeast Dallas Dentistry. They have the latest technology and a very cozy office.

I can’t recommend Dr. Santillan and her team enough! I put off finding a dentist since moving to Dallas two and a half years ago because, like many people, I get very anxious and dread going to the dentist. Well, that’s finished. Zumra, the hygienist, is an absolute gem. I felt so calm and relaxed the whole time, and actually looked forward to coming back to finish my scaling procedure the week after my first visit. Absolutely perfect!

I needed to have a molar pulled that had a hole in it for the last two and a half years I've gone to several other dentists and they wouldn't take my Humana I had been passing this particular dentist office for the last 45 years working in North Dallas and Highland Park I decided I would just stop in and check I was in a lot of pain they got me in it got pulled wonderful dentist wonderful office staff and fantastic Dental professionals this will now be my permanent dental office excellent job love all of them

I can honestly say that my experience at Northeast Dallas Dental was the best dental visit I have ever had. Dr. Olivia Santillan explained everything that was going on so clearly and made sure that I had a very good understanding of my dental problems that needed to be addressed and also all the options that I had available to me. The rest of the staff was so incredibly friendly. I have definitely found my new dental home!

I had a fantastic experience here. Dr. Yost did a great job explaining the problems. My crown didn't fit right when she tried it on first. She insisted I come back so she could make it again to for perfectly. I showed up and thought my appointment was on Tuesday but it was actually for the next Tuesday. They still managed to get me in because I was already there.

SCAMMED OUT OF 450 DOLLARS. I SAID I WOULD PAY MY BILL AS LONG AS THEY WE'RE SURE ABOUT MY INSURANCE.
THIS IS A MISTAKE THEY MADE OR REFUSED TO TELL ME. IT IS NOT MY FAULT I WAS PROMISED AND SIGNED A BILL SAYING THIS IS WHAT IM GOING TO PAY!! I PRAY GOD REPAYS ME A 1000 fold. I expect some one to fix this. At least return half my money!! I have to forgive y'all because of my beliefs. So i forgive you for being (dishonest liars)and ( stealing).. from me!

what a beautiful office! from the minute i stepped through the door then to the time i left i felt very welcomed. the whole process was easy. i was asked what my biggest concern was and then the doctor explained to me what she recommended. we then came up with a game plan and proceeded to discuss my insurance benefits. i felt as though she really cared about me and my teeth. loved the whole staff.
