Busy family of 5, we left our last dentist due to limited availability and canceled appointments. Unfortunately Texsmiles has become the exact same. Had to break up all of our appointments which is not a big deal but first available afternoon appointment was a month away. Scheduled anyways and they called and canceled today and gave me the option of tomorrow morning or next afternoon appointment available is 5 weeks out.

The staff at TexSmiles are awesome. Every time I have visited I was met with a warm smile and friendly service. Even as a walk-in, which I did today, I was in the chair and receiving service in less than 10 minutes. The Drs. explained the procedures and were upfront about expectations and costs.

My new favorite dentist office. The staff is so friendly they really know me by name :D they are all so welcoming. Dr. Liu is so sweet and very informative. My kids love it as well they made it so kid friendly they actually like coming here ages 10 & 4. I'm now taking my whole family here. I love the coveninient hours here as well. Open Saturdays and till 7 on weekdays. I had to have 2 root canals done and they made sure i felt no pain, also scheduled a family of 4 all in one day. I seriously don't have anything negative to say about this place which is very rare for me.

Wow! I have been burned by dentists all over Texas. Finally! I have found a dentist that is up front, honest and will explain in detail what they see and even take photos to show you and explain what is going on, rather than making you just trust them. The front office staff is phenomenal! I was in and out of there with a plan of action in no time! Wonderful place to go! I will book appointments for the whole family now!
