Smile Well Dentistry

I was a former patient of Dr. Brown and love him, his wife and his entire staff. When the practice was taken over by Smile Well, I wasn't sure I would be as comfortable. I WAS WRONG!! The office manager, Yvette, was so pleasant and accommodating. The dental assistant, Brandy, was great. She even inquired about my husband who had some previous medical issues. It was appreciated. Dr. Lisa was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and effective - she also had cool eyeglasses! But the star of my show was Jocelyn, the dental hygienist. So focused on me the patient, so efficient and painless. I was so comfortable that we discussed topics having nothing to do with dentistry. She even went out of her way to successfully assist me with a totally unrelated issue. Thank you so much!! As a rule, I don't like anything or anyone related to dentistry. But the Smile Well staff and doctors have changed my mind - and that was no easy feat!!

Jocelyn was very good she took care of my daughter very well. She was constantly asking her if she was fine and even gave her a stress ball to help her throughout the appointment. Yvette also did a great job any giving us the prices and explaining all the options that were available. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a fantastic experience with Brandy and Nirmala at Smile Well Dentistry today. They were both extremely professional and thorough in cleaning of my teeth. The office was clean and welcoming and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I left with a bright, clean smile and will definitely be returning for future appointments. It is rare for me to hear the words, 'I had a nice time at the dentist' but......"I had a nice time at the dentist y'all!" When I say the people here are nice, I am NOT exaggerating! From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed warmly and offered water and coffee. The waiting area is beautifully furnished, cozy and smelled really nice.

The Service: The dental hygienist Belinda was awesome! She was so gental while using her instruments, and was in tuned to my comfort level by asking if I was ok. My teeth were cleaned pain free! Dr. Brown seems like a kind and gentle soul, very friendly. He did not have to work on my teeth this visit, but I would trust him to if need be. This office deserves the 5 star rating it has! Vicci was very helpful with insurance matters and information. I'm so glad I came here. I highly recommend!

I fully recommend Smile Well Dentistry in Duncanville, TX and Dr. Lisa is a top notch professional. After going to this practice for over 40 years seeing Dr. William Brown, I was a little nervous having someone else as a dentist. The staff here from the front office, dental technicians, and doctor provides a very relaxing, comfortable and thorough experience. Even the charges and how my insurance was applied is itemized including the cost of things they recommend for the future as a reference. The office has also upgraded all of their equipment to the very coolest, high tech imaging and effortless x-ray machines making it a trip look forward to now every six months. One of the scanning tools they used was like a topographical map of my teeth that shows areas of concern, and avenues to correct these potential issues with options as needed. Long review long, it is hard to find a dentist that gives a good first impression and with this office, I will be staying here another 40 years. At least that is my plan, and maybe longer if I can make it!!

Haven't had any work done yet but my visit for a consultation was so impressionable that I WILL MOST DEFINATELY get my work done here. Thank you Evette for your kindness and I want to thank the other young lady at the front desk for her patience with me. I was on lunch break and between the girls and the Dentist. I made it back on time for work. Ty guys!!!

I've been going to this office for the better part of a decade. I was nervous when Dr. Brown retired and sold his practice, but the ladies at smile well dentist are absolutely amazing! Very professional and great bedside manner. Unlike other dentists I've been to they don't pressure you into getting unnecessary procedures only what's medically necessary. They work with you if you don't have insurance with their very fair and reasonable pricing. 10/10 would recomend this office. I don't trust any other dentist in my mouth besides Dr. Marneni and Dr. Lisa.

My routine cleaning found a bit of extras that needed to be addressed. Jocelyn did a great job cleaning.. Brandy and Dr. Kim did very well explaining the issues and what they were doing to correct it.

What I liked was hearing the kindness between the staff. There was alot of Please and Thank Yous given, which from my perspective was nice to witness.

I have been coming to this office for decades and was unsure about the recent doctor/staff changes (since Doc Brown retired), but I'm very happy and will return.

I came in for a simple cleaning and it was just that, simple and quick. The staff is so friendly and they work as a team very well. Jocelyn and Dr. Marneni explained everything thoroughly and answered the few questions I did have. Definitely found the dentist office for me.

very accommodating and friendly! i'm used to past dentist visits being painful and uncomfortable, but this was the first time i've had a good experience at one. my hygienist, jocelyn, made sure i was comfortable and was very gentle, and the front desk person, leilani, helped me understand the treatment plan i was being put on and answered all of my questions thoroughly. highly recommend for people with dentist anxiety. :)
